We hire them to do monthly service and they did an awful job. Do not waste your money

We hire Julio to do front and back yard work, include trim tree, grass and concrete. He did very good work and made good design for yards. His price is very reasonable and his work is excellent. I will ask him come back again to do more yard work in the future.

Julio came by very promptly when we called him. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and pointed out things that would need to be taken care of before even I could mention them. We were impressed and he said he or his «partner» would come and do the regular maintenance.
Sadly whenever they came I had to always stand outside and make sure they did their job, else they would do half the work and leave. The first time they didn’t even bother looking at the backyard. From next time on, they’d leave the garbage can half empty and say since its full we can’t do any more work.
They were being paid to come once every two weeks, when they didn’t show up after 3 weeks I called Julio and he said they got another job! And that it is no fault of his that we were not informed! If those people were his business partners how is it not his responsibility to at least inform us that they cannot continue the work?

Based on the other great reviews, we thought he’d be the right person for the job. The work he did in our backyard was ok, but it’s his reliability that was a problem. Only once did he show up when he said he would. The other 3 times he left us waiting. He could have at least called us to say he wasn’t going to make it. We are not unreasonable people, but when he gave us his word and he didn’t follow through 3 times, what are we to think? Anyway, I’m sure there are better options out there for your landscaping needs.

Julio knows how to do business. He came out and gave an estimate when he said he would and he came out and trimmed our trees and bushes when he said he would. He and his helpers did a great job and they cleaned up and hauled all debris away, all at a competitive price. I appreciate someone doing business like this. Unfortunately people like Julio seem to be more and more rare these days.

Julio and his team remove large trees from my backyard. Their price was competitive. They have done an excellent job for us. It’s the second time Julio does work for us. Julio seems to be someone you can trust and we even thinking about him to do landscaping for us in the future.

Julio is prompt, professional, reasonably-​priced, and highly recommended. My parents live in Niles and have hired his company since the late 90s, and I’ve since hired him to remove and trim trees, install a new lawn/​sprinkler system, and build and stucco a retaining wall. As a new homeowner I especially appreciate his willingness to teach me how to maintain and make my own repairs, and second, his availability to come over on weekends and after work. If you have any gardening and landscaping needs, I’d strongly suggest giving Julio a call.
