Estuve buscando un lugar donde aser mis lentes, porq llevo 20 años usando lentes y tenia una azeguranza nueva y busque en el Internet y este lugar se me iso una buena opción para provarlo y m de sido a ir y mi azeguranza no pagaba lo q yo queria comprar ok dije ok yo pago y pague 500 dólares por mis lentes el examen y todo porw mis lentes son especiales por todo lo q llevan para q seña cómodos para mi y cuando fui a por los lentes no me quedaron bien y según m los iban a arreglar llame 3 beses y m Desia q no los abian Llevado y m desidi a ir por ellos y ellos los tenían ayi y m los dieron y estaban igual de mal y el material q m vendieron no era el q tenía pesaban demasiado y no miraba para nada bien y la doctora m dijo es q así es de primero y le dije como me ba a desir eso cuando yo llevo usando lentes 20 años y nunca m a pasado este y cuando está ago mal m lo arreglan no m los dan d regreso y los deje luego llame y llame y nunca contestaban y la secretaria le pr eh un te si hablaba español y m dijo q no y fui con mi prima w habla inglés para q m ayudará pensé q no m estaban entendiendo y la de la recepción nos habló en ingles y mi prima y yo estábamos hablando español cuando do la doctora le pregunto d espasio q si que era lo q hablábamos y la otra se puso a traducirlo en ingles y m dije oohh ok además ras is ta con cara de latina y dijo q no hablaba español y si habla y nunca m quiso ayudar, y ya pasaron 2 años y mis 500 dólares están perdidos no m los devolvieron y no m isieron bien mis lentes y jamas m llamaron para desirme si estaban listos o no y jamas atienden mis llamadas y eeh ido y esta serrado y otras beses ah estado otra en la respecto o la misma y m disen q no saben de w lentes hablo q no estoy en el sistema y cosas así osea es un lugar donde no tienen responsabilidad sábila dado ni nada y no le s importa robarle a la gente ni responder por su producto ni trabajo ajo super mal lugar y a quien sea jamás se lo recomendar es es un lugar q da vergüenza

The staff, service and selection at Gateway Eye care is superb. I’ve been coming here for years now — Dr. Monica is very friendly and thorough. Her easy demeanor is refreshing, which eases the angst I’ve associated with eye exams. They always help me in picking the right frames and also can order the frame I want if it is not available in the office.
Dylan on the front desk is a sweetheart, always polite and responsive. I’m glad my friends recommended Gateway eye care to me. Office is very clean and well organized. Highly recommended if you want good eye care with an efficient, personable, and professional staff.

Dr. Chugh provided excellent service with respect to a second pair of glasses that I ordered. I was very happy with the selection of glasses they had compared to big box retailers, personalized service, and prompt delivery.

I came in on a Saturday and didn’t have an appointment and I needed an eye-​exam that day! I work mon-​fri and could not take off work to go get my eyes checked. She had other appointments, but was able to see both my wife and I within an hour! She also fitted me for contacts and showed me how to put them in correctly after years of not wearing them. Excellent Customer Service!

Dr. Chugh seems nice, but she’s delayed so much in getting me a routine contact lens prescription.

I had ordered prescription glasses for my wife 3 weeks ago and still havent heard back from them and they are not picking up the calls too.
Very poor service that way and not at all happy with the service and delay in procuring the glasses.
The doctor is fine, but I am sure there are better Optometrists around who are providing way better service.
I will pass them for the next time for sure.

Dr. Chugh is professional and very friendly. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and they are open on Saturdays. They have a great selection of glasses, even designer brands. Also, Dr. Chugh will give you samples of contact lenses when you are trying to decide between brands. I would highly recommend Gateway Eye Care!

Had not been to an optometrist in years and finally decided it was time. Heard good things about Dr. Chugh and decided to give it a try.
Office is extremely clean and comfortable. The young lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Dalyn) was extremely warm and welcoming. As soon as I showed up she ran a battery of tests on me to check for any problems I might have. Process took about 10 minutes then I was shown to an office to wait for Dr. Chugh.
Dr. Chugh came into office within minutes and immediately started running some more tests. After she was done she explained in great detail as to what was causing my blurry vision. I had a couple questions for her because I was born with vision problems and inquired about whether LASIK surgery was an option. She let me know in depth as to why it was not. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She came up with a perscription for some eyeglasses and told me I would have them within 2 weeks. Got them in only 5 days and I could tell the difference instantly. Will definitely be making this office my regular optometrist.

Horrible Experience…
Please avoid this place. I went to see the doctor and first they told me power went down and gave me a set of sample lenses. I used it for few days and later found my power is not changed… They even charged the insurance company for contact lenses that i never ordered… Called up the insurance and reverted it…

Similar experience to Arian H’s. Exam went fine. After 7+ weeks of waiting for my glasses, I finally checked with my insurance company and we found that the order had not yet been placed. They owned up to their mistake, apologized, and offered to make up for it, so I’m satisfied with the resolution and will give them another chance. As long as the order arrives quickly, I’d be willing to give them another star.

Apt was made quickly and I wasn’t there for long.

Receptionist took her time on following up on a frame I wanted to order.

Dr Chugh is the Best! She will help you choose the frame which will suit your face and she has a good collection of brands like burberry or gucci. Its located at a very good location and easily access. The good thing about her office is that you can get an appointmetn easily including weekends.

I recently went to Dr. Chugh’s Eye Clinic in Fremont for a regular check-​up. She and her assistant were very professional and courteous. The clinic was loaded with state-​of-​art equipment and Dr. Chugh impressed me with her excellent knowledge of optometry. She explained every test procedure to me in great detail and put no pressure on me to purchase expensive lenses or glasses. It is refreshing to finally see a doctor that is knowledgeable, caring and competent.

The experience was awesome !!
Dr. Chugh was very thorough and detailed in the eye test and the glasses that she suggested and got me were feather weight.
This was the best experience i ever had with an eye doctor.
And the best thing is that the location is very good and i was able to get my glasses during half time of the movie that i was watching in Naz 8.
