I love Tino and Brian! They’re super knowledgeable and not to mention very friendly! They’re able to translate complicated car language into simple English for me. They work on all types of cars including my 2002 Volkswagen Beetle!
Their pricing is very reasonable too. I needed a timing belt and a water pump and they were able to work out a very reasonable price. They were also able to get a drain pipe that was broken on my sunroof fixed for free by the dealer under warranty!

Tino runs his shop the way all auto repair shops should be run. He is honest, knowledgeable and and a good communicator. He and Brian have been working on my cars for over 5 years now. I won’t take my cars to any other shop.

Tino and Brian are the best at what they do and know how to treat a customer with respect. My car needed brakes and a tune up, but the dealer said I needed a new transmission and a bunch of other work I didn’t even understand. I took my car to Tino, he looked it over and explaind how much time I had left on the brakes and even showed me. He also explained so I understood what work needed to be done on the engine and showed me why. On top of all the great service he was also a third of the dealer’s cost for the same work not to mention the work I didn’t even need. My car was ready when promised, never waited more than a few minutes to drop off and pick up but best of all my car runs like its new. If you need car repair stay away from the dealers, Tino’s the only mechanic I’ll ever trust. You would be doing yourself a favor to do the same.

I have to say Tino and his assistant did no make me feel like a «the little lady». Tl hey are professional and take the time to explain. I am not mechanically inclined. I know where the gas goes and how to check all the fluids. However, I still tend to let things go and it cost me. Should I say I knew it would cost me. They gave me back my a new car after doing the timing belt and et al. If only my Outback also looked like a new car that would be sweet. Anyway, I have gone back for an oil change and they picked me dropped me off and picked me up from BART. Good guys local business around the corner from Suju’s. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES!

Knowledgeable and friendly technicians! International Imports – formerly Eurotech – is the place to go for your automotive service needs. They specialize in European cars, but also can accommodate all makes and models.
I called the shop because I needed a front wheel alignment on my 2004 BMW M3. I spoke with Adel (pronounced, a-​deal). He was friendly but not pushy. I asked him about the price of an alignment. He referred me to the Big-​O tires, as they have a working relationship with one another. Adel stated, «If the charge more than $ 74.00, to call him back. I called him back. Before I dropped off my car at the shop, Adel state they will perform an 85-​point inspection – at no charge! I was stoked.
The next morning, I dropped off the car. Adel greeted me and we chatted about cars. I left and they began work on the car. They got my alignment from Big-​O. Their cost was more, but since I was quoted at $ 74,00, Adel honored the quote. As for the inspection, they found a part that needed immediate replacement. But instead of instantly trying to sell me the service, Adel advised me to call the BMW dealership and ask if the part was covered by any warranty. Unfortunately, it was not; therefore, I had International Imports perform the work. All in all, I spent less less $ 600 for the tire alignment and replacement of, what is called, universal joint – rubber piece that connects the drive shaft to the transmission.
When I returned to the shop, Tino, the head mechanic; a highly knowledgeable racer, discussed what they did to the car. He even showed me the part. Man, was that piece worn!!! What do you expect from an M3? I asked if I could keep the part. Tino happily said, «Yes.» He even looked for a plastic bag for the part.
Overall, my experience with International Import was great. The people are awesome! I will definitely return. I highly recommend the shop.

I needed new brakes and rotors REALLY badly on my car. The dealer was quoting me about $ 1000 for all 4 brakes replaced and the front rotors.
I was about to just take it in, accepting that price but my bf decided to call Eurotech and they quoted him $ 630. In addition, the job was able to be done in 4 hours which is excellent turn around!
At first, I was afraid getting it serviced here would void my $ 50K warranty since I wasn’t sure if they were using generic or OEM parts but I was pleased to find out they use the same parts that the Mercedes dealers use.
Lastly, the owner was very friendly and professional and greeted us when we arrived. There’s nothing that I hate more than cocky service with an attitude!
We found out they do service A and B. So as soon as my car hits the 50K mile mark, I will be taking my car here to be serviced.
