JBP Sheetmetal & Rain Gutters

We were referred to JBP (Brian) after a gutter guy came out to look at our issues and deemed it to be a more complicated job. It took a few weeks of phone calls back and forth to work out a time — my husband completely forgot an appt and then Brian got really busy.
The guys came out, were super nice and did a great job. Figured out what was wrong (metal flashing was installed wrong by whoever «remodeled» our house before they flipped it). It turns out they couldn’t replace the rotted wood where we had a gutter leak, but they took a look at all the other gutters to make sure everything was in good working condition and replacing things that needed it. It was a fair trade off for the same price they had quoted us. It rained yesterday and today and no leaks!
It was a little difficult to understand the worker’s explanation and when we asked Brian to let us know what exactly was done, he called us to explain and mailed us a receipt with a list. Great service!
