Junior’s Car Stereo

This is my third purchase here. You expect decent to better service at small businesses yet it doesn’t always happen. Great service and far better knowledge that Best Buy. Even though they’re busy, when it’s your turn to be helped don’t get rushed off or impatient answers.

5 star customer service. Arrived on 6/​9, a half hour prior to the shop opening. When the doors were open, I was greeted promptly and kindly by AZ.
Told him what was there for & who I was and immediately got me going. Said the tint job would be done between 2p and 4p.
Arrived at 3p and was told they were working on one of the front windows and the other will be done shortly. Job took longer than I expected, was patient throughout the process and jus waited, minding my own business. Some jobs take longer than expected for whatever reason and im not gonna ding them on that.
Overall, customer service was awesome and the tint job on my car was more than perfect! Very happy & satisfied customer =)

Brought my 2000 E39 M5 for a whole days worth job. Had 6 ½ speakers custom fit by Azi in the fronts with 1″ components and dynamatted both front doors for better insulation, got rear 5 ¼ co axials installed in my rear deck, and got my 12″ Jl audio installed in my trunk mounted to the floor all connected to my kenwood 5-​channel amp which was professionally installed in the right rear panel of my trunk with all wires tucked! Unfortunately after I left when picking up my car after a 10hr job, the rear left speaker wasn’t working so I took it back the next morning and Byron took care of me. He is the man, very enthusiastic and passionate about his job working on 3 cars at a time. His English is not all there but compared to the rest of those typical shady stereo guys at other places, he puts the customer first and does a clean job. This guy doesn’t give up easy and is dedicated to his job to even work in the pouring rain until his manager told him to pull the car into the shop. I was skeptical at first when dropping off my car because German cars have very difficult and intricate electrical systems but they were able to install all my parts correctly and let’s not forget professionally, I would highly recommend this shop, remember you get what you pay for so don’t cheap out and go to the cheapest place that’ll do a horrible and messy job that’ll leave you coming back multiple times.

I bought used tires and rims off these guys from their ad on Craigslist.
Gave me a pretty decent price considering they were pretty much brand new, they installed them for me and they’re still rollin good a year later!
I was also asking junior about stereo equipment and he showed me his system in his truck and WOW!
They know what they’re doing here and they do high quality of work.
If you want to be cheap don’t come here, quality comes with a price

If you want something done right you take it here! Junior and his crew are top notch. When it comes to my cars people know that I’m all about the quality and they definitely meet my high standards. They did work on my M5, Evolution and even my daily. I’ll be returning after I finish my build to get some more goodies!

My journey for an extraordinary audio system for my classic 1967 Chevy began about a year ago. I wanted it a bit heavy for the audio thrill and a bit showy for car events. I started with Junior’s since they are in my neighborhood.
They took a lot of time with me, showed me different options, demo’d different speakers in their showcase, talked about design elements, looked at my car, pointed things out. Then I got the quote, which I thought was a bit high, but I did not know what to expect and they were the first place I stopped.
It actually took me 1 year to pull the trigger on doing this (mostly because the cost was higher than I expected), but I got detailed quotes from two other places recommended by others. In the end, everyone was in the same range, but no one else gave me the detailed look, went through my vehicles, even demo’d me actual systems. I never got more than a paper study at the front desk, except at Junior’s and his team– and the $$ range for what I wanted were all quite close.
I went with Junior and I am absolutely over the moon with the result. The system rocks, the design elements are impressive, the implementation was thorough and the workmanship stellar. I have pics of the stages as I asked for, they ran into deficiencies in my electrical system that showed they knew their stuff cold and brought my system up to snuff to handle the killer audio system. Plus they are great guys and easy to work with. I will absolutely be bringing my daily driver to Junior, AZ and the team to get it done next and I would have no hesitation sending friends and family there. I have since found out a bunch of guys I know have also gone there for their excellence on wheels as well.

These guys are the best, bar none. I took my 2007 GMC Sierra in for a new car stereo. AZ showed me all of the available options. Once I selected the system I wanted, they told me they could install it the same day. While installing the stereo, they also repaired some interior flaws on my doors. That is customer service that you will not find elsewhere! They explained the system in detail and sent me on my way. I saw many classic cars including Camaros and Chevelles getting work done here. That tells me that many car enthusiasts already know about Junior’s. So no matter what type of car you have, take it to Junior’s, you will not be disappointed. I will not go anywhere else for future systems. Customer for life.

I stopped by Les Schwab Tire Center for parts but they didn’t have what I was looking for. They referred me to Junior’s Car Stereo.
The guys at Junior’s quickly helped me find what I needed, installed the parts, and asked if they could help with anything else. Excellent customer service.
FYI, the shop can’t be accessed from Bonde Way, instead drive into the drive way facing Fremont Blvd.

Stopped by this shop to get my amp sent to JL Audio (per JL Audio’s website instructions you have to take your broken amp to an authorized dealer and this shop came up on the dealer finder). So i take my car in and ask if they could pull the amp as I didn’t have any tools with me. It would have taken them 3 minutes max and I would’ve paid them for it but the owner said «I don’t have any time and all my guys are working on stuff». Didn’t offer me to wait until someone becomes available, didn’t offer me to use their tools so I could pull the amp myself and I drove all the way from East bay (~30 mins) to get to this shop. If I had gotten better customer service I would have brought my car in for a custom installation at a later date which I am now going to take elsewhere. I would not recommend coming to this shop until they make customer service their #1 priority.

This place is awesome! Junior and his staff are very knowledgeable. I purchased an older truck for my son and Junior knew exactly what type of stereo would fit in the dash. Unfortunately the stereo was stolen yesterday… the day before my son was moving to Washington. Junior didn’t have the stereo in stock so he called around and was able to find one and had it delivered in an hour. The new stereo was installed that same afternoon. Thanks Junior and staff for caring!

These guys are truly great! Junior, and AZ are both highly knowledable with car stereos, alarms, tint, installation, and any other automotive customization. They installed tints, and a custom JL stereo system in my 2010 Porsche Cayenne GTS which came out amazing. They’re one of the few shops that will tune your sound system to your personal specifications. After seeing they’re amazing work I returned with my 2015 BMW 650i for a tint installation. Both times I was treated with great customer service, they also keep you updated through the whole process which is great.

Helpful and honest. They were recommended to me by my uncle and I made the mistake of leaving and price checking Frys.
I should have stayed at juniors as they were 100 times more efficient and honest.
They made sure to give me a tutorial on how to work my new system before I left (thank god) and were super friendly.

Came here for a quote for windows and a sounds system. Very over priced in my opinion. I have found many other competitors with better prices when it comes to alarm systems and especially tinting.
I’ve found one of the workers there very rude. I was trying to find the place so I called them and they hung up on me and didnt even think to call back. Bad first impression.
Try elsewhere

A one time customer here few years ago for speakers upgrade and electronic trunk opening. Recently one of my speaker gotten loose and makes a rattle every time I drive it. Today, I decided to drop by unannounced and see if I can make an appointment to get it taken care of.
They looked me up on their system and squeezed me and took care of me. They said they made a new bracket and sent me on my way! I like that they took care of me even though I wasn’t expecting it.
Now, why did the speaker get loose in the first place? I say wear and tear with my car being stiff and all. I’ll mark it up to random chance this time. I’m thinking about tinting next!

I went here last week looking for new tires and rims and Junior took his time showed me several different rims and was very patient with me in my decision… I had my appointment yesterday to have my new wheels put on and Matt was very helpful and went above and beyond with his customer service… I will definitely be back and recommend my friends to Juniors.

So rude. I was calling because I was looking for their place & the guy hung up on me while I was talking. What makes me want to go to this business if you’re come up to me as rude for the first impression. What makes me want to trust this place now…

Absolutely wonderful service! My boyfriend recently purchased a BMW & we came here to get Rims, Tint, Painted calibers, & installment of a blacked out grill. The car looks amazing! We love it! Not to mention, we got a GREAT deal! Thanks guys!

The only thing worse than the sloppy and faulty installations I’ve seen out of these guys, is their unethical business practices. Nonrefundable deposits, ridiculous restocking fees, and absurd return exchange policies which are posted out of plain view! I can’t believe this business still stands. Go anywhere else before here. At least most other places back their work and their product.
