I had disappoint with their services because they did not put in moulding all around my car in the front windshield because they say it looks and that why techician say they cut the corner moulding now it look worse and you can see the window, they are cheap, but they do not know exactly they are doing.
You can see they cut the moulding, now water will go inside. They say the do alot of dealers car, I do not think they will do that to a dealership car.

A little disappointed for being a return customer here. I had them do my fronts and was fairly happy with the reults/​service. When I came back a few months later to get an estimate for my back windows I wasn’t really treated like a return customer should be. Their estimate guy questioned if I removed the tint properly. I know I did because I used a steamer and removed all residue. Not only did I come back but I made the job easier, yet he questioned my techniques.

This place is great. Couldn’t ask for better service at an exceptionally decent price. I had someone come to my home to repair my windshield, I assumed it would take hours, he finished it between 30 – 45 min. The work was great! I do highly recommend this company whenever a windshield or any car glass repair is needed.

Lizard Auto Glass is awesome! I had a great experience with this company. I went into the place on a week day and they saw me right away. After, we scheduled a time a day for the person to come and on the day of, the person came to my house and worked on my window. He had great customer service and worked very quickly. The price for their work is exceptional!

I’ll just say that this company is awesome! I work at a car dealer in Fremont and we use them as one of our vendors. The customer service is among the best I’ve ever experienced in my many years of working in the car business.
The quality of their work is also great and the prices are the best you’ll find in the Bay Area. Often times, paying less means you get what you pay for. That’s not the case with Lizard. The prices are low and the quality of their work and their customer service are excellent.

Lizard Auto Glass is the Lizard King!
My car was broken into last night in SoMa and I had to be at the airport early the next morning to drop someone off.
I drove to Oakland with my busted window glass flowing in the wind. Dropped off my passenger and jumped on Unilocal to find a nearby glass repair.
I pulled into the driveway without an appointment, and was greeted by Wassim. He was warm and welcoming and helped me IMMEDIATELY.
My car was packed to the gills with band gear and luggage, and he let me unpack everything and keep it in the lobby, while the crew fixed up and cleaned my car.
The entire process only took 2.5 hours and that’s including my unpacking and replacing of everything in my car.
I recommend Lizard to anyone who needs the job done fast without any fuss or BS.

Nasim is great!!! Had a chip «streak» –all three of our vehicles. He was so cool each time. The first time he came to our home to fix the 37 Chevy and then came to fix the chip in my car while I was at the hairdresser. My husband showed him the way and while I got my hair cut, he fixed the chip. Now a week later, a chip in my husband’s truck… this guy is so nice and pleasant and I love his customer service!

Came in a few months ago. The night before my passenger window was broken when I left my car at the Oakland coliseum Bart station bad idea my fault. Next morning called different window shops and all were outrageous prices. I was giving up, and then I called lizard glass. They were AWESOME not only did they have the window, but the price was just right. I was out in less than an hour. Im. going back to get my windows tinted. I’ll recommend any friend of mine to come here.

Somebody broke into my car overnight and shattered the passenger side window. I called Lizard Auto Glass and they were able to beat my insurance company’s preferred glass repair shop price by over 20% AND they were able to replace the window glass within 1 hour of calling. I brought my car to their shop and they were very professional and ensured to vacuum up all the glass pieces in the car so that I could be back on the road very quickly. Thank you!

I called and she gave me a quote for 335 $ on a windshield for a 06 impala. I called another company in Hayward n they come to u too and got the same windshield for 195 $ I love it when I’m on the phone and she says” the best best I can do is 335 $ and I gave u a good discount” lol that’s why I got it for 195 $

This place was awesome! Very nice Customer Service. Lourdes was very helpful, and honest over the phone.
Hassin (sp?) was the person that came to my house to replace my Van’s broken window. He even called me to let me know that he was running behind, which it didn’t take him too long to arrive.

Great customer service!
I had my car broken into and I called a around to quite a few places and then I came across Lizard Auto Glass!
They originally quoted me a price about $ 30 higher than I had been quoted at another auto glass company. But I did see on their website about they’re price match guarantee. I asked about price-​matching and the associate who was helping me quickly agreed to honor the price that the other company was offering. The thing that I loved most about this company was that they came to me! I didn’t have to drive my car with the shattered glass to a shop, the shop came to me at NO extra charge! 80% of the places I called around to get a quote quoted me about 50% more than what Lizard Auto Glass offered me! I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and I hope to not have to use this company again because I hope none of my windows break or get broken, but if I had to I will go to Lizard Auto Glass no questions asked!

I love these guys. I brought in my friend’s car to get tinted with no appointment or anything, and they were able to fit me in. Initially I was told they only had time to do the back two windows and the back windshield, but I guess they didn’t mess around because they got the whole car done for me in less than 2 hours. HUGE thanks to Quan and the kind ladies who work here for helping me out.
Plus, there’s a pretty sick fish tank there too. If anything, that alone is worth checking out lol. Definitely recommend this place!!!

I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a shot because of these good reviews — it turned out to be a great choice!
I came in around noon and the receptionist helped me figure out my insurance coverage before the service. Luckily, windshield repair is free if you have AAA full coverage so I did not have to pay a dime! They fixed the rock chips in 20 mins and my windshield looks great now! I’m happy with their service.
