McDonald’s

I’ve been here a couple times with my son while we came here for a Walmart run but had never reviewed this place before. Overall, it’s a fast food restaurant. You place your order and you get your food. I usually just order fries and a drink for a quick snack while I roam around Walmart. There were many times that I wanted Sweet Tea and they were out. As soon as I bring it up with the cashier, a new batch was made.

Says 24 hours but it actually closes at 11pm.
So from 7am-​11pm. They used to be 24 hours but not anymore.

McDonald’s inside of Walmart stores have something stand alone locations don’t carry… pretzels!
At first I wanted one out of the display case that’s next to the register, but I found out that they were just realistic looking models. So I placed my order for one with salt.
The wait was around ten minutes, as they had to warm it up, sprinkle on the salt, and bag it. It’s all fresh and made to order. The wrapper the pretzel came in had no McDonald’s logo on it, so I question whether this is really one of their concoctions or a Walmart gimmick.
Though not as mouth watering as an Oktoberfest style pretzel, it’s pretty good. Large sized and soft, munching on it while shopping makes a visit to Walmart less painful.

Just had the nastiest burger of my life from McDonalds after a 3 month or so hiatus. I was craving a double quarter pounder and was letdown. It couldn’t repulse me more if it were made out of equal parts of shit and maggots.
Burger cooked beyond recognition into some hard, dry ass patty.

This McDonalds is just okay in my opinion. The cleanliness of the restaurant is very nice and is well organized. So why only 2 stars? It’s because of a rude server I had encountered while trying to order an ICEE. She started off alright with a simple «Hello» so I had begun to place my order for an ICEE. After saying so, her rude & unacceptable response was «I DON’T EVEN KNOW IF THE MACHINE IS WORKING!» What’s worse is that she did not even offer to check it it was working or not. So I just decided to leave… you don’t deserve my business lady!

This McDonald’s is conveniently located inside Walmart. The dining area is somewhat small but I am always able to find a table if eating in. Today, I ordered a McChicken and two apple pies off the Dollar Menu. The apple pies they had ready on my tray right after I ordered but I had to wait a little bit for the McChicken. The chicken was crispy but it was not as satisfying as other times I have had a McChicken and the apple pies were crisp but they did not taste fresh. Overall, this McDonald’s is a consistent with the McDonald’s brand and nothing truly odd, unusual, or out of the ordinary about it.

Hamburger Happy Meal:
Hamburger, flung the slice of pickle in to the trash
Fries, itty bitty kiddy size
FF chocolate milk
Apple slices
Barbie toy
ah, this was a good meal. I hardly eat McDonald’s anymore but I was really hungry today so the Hamburger Happy Meal hit the spot.

I came to this McDonald’s, which is located within the Fremont Wal-​mart to get some burgers and fries, for my son after shopping at the store. After the last Wal-​mart McDonald’s experience, I was hesitant but my son wanted to eat after shopping.
The location of this McDonald’s is a little off the entrance to the store but when in the alcove of the restaurant we felt that we were away from people entering the store. These entering were just a passing crowd. Seating and interior were well designed in this store. It was appealing to sit in the dining area, which has a self-​serve cold beverage area — a great plus.
After ordering the burgers and fries, I did encounter a little wait for the food because the entire staff consisted of the manager and server. While we were waiting, he was apologising for the delay, which made me feel more appreciated. Other than the delay, service was good and friendly.
Prices for the food on the dollar menu are great and it filled my son’s need for a meal at a great price. At the same time I got a cup of their coffee, which was good on the chilly day!
This restaurant was a good one. I hope the other one follows its lead in providing great customer service!
