Mowry Medical Pharmacy

Great experience. They took my prescription and had it ready in no time. Makes me wonder why would anyone go to big store pharmacies like Walgreens which are super busy and make you wait for long.

Staff seems more reactive than proactive, unlike their other pharmacy off Fremont a mile North (Haller’s is 5-​star). Staff at this pharmacy are unconcerned with the well being of customers & unhelpful: doing the least amount of work to help, asking customers to run around when they could easily call the doctor/​pharmacy. They do not even offer customers relevant info that could help alleviate issues unless you insist.

Great experience at this pharmacy. Rolen is really on top of his work. He provides excellent service. Robert is also great and really helpful in person and over the phone. All the technicians and clerks are friendly and happy to help. I haven’t been to a pharmacy better than this.

I love this pharmacy. I have always had a great experience. They are pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. Rolen usually helps me with any questions and yesterday he went to infinity and beyond with his customer service skills. Actually it was life saving customer service skills, and no I am not being a drama queen. We need more stores, people, services like Mowry Medical. Thank you and blessings.

I have been a customer of Mowry Medical Pharmacy for over 10 years now. Every time I come over the staff always greet with a smile know me by name. I have never had any problems to have my prescriptions filled here. They are efficient and courteous to everyone. The pharmacists here are all very knowledgeable and helpful especially Joe and Rolan. In my opinion, this the best pharmacy in Fremont. I will continue to be a customer here and I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Keep up the good work!

I’ve had a great experience here everytime I’ve gone (4 times now). I drop off my prescription, go have lunch in the shopping center across the street and when I come back it’s been filled everytime. The pharmacist was also really friendly explaining a new medication to me (my doctor didn’t and just tossed the script at me before rushing out the door. I’d love to find a doctor that spends more than 5 minutes with you but thats another story…). Two thumbs from me.

Super super slow service! I called in the day before to get refills and came the next day to pick it up but it was still not ready. They didn’t even start on it yet! So I had to wait 30min for them to refill my parents prescription. Won’t be coming back again!

This place is a mess. Thought I would give it a try since i’m all about promoting small businesses rather than large corporations. I stood at the drop off window for 10 minutes before anyone came to help me. When I handed the lady my temporary insurance card, she gave me a look like I was inconveniencing her because she had to look up how much my co-​pay was since it wasn’t written directly on my card. It’s your job, and it isn’t that hard. Do it!
I decided not to stay and wait the 20 minutes for my prescription since it was a catastrophe in there. People were here and there and every where and no one knew exactly what they were doing. At least that’s what it looked like to me.
I went in the next morning to pick up my Rx, and it was no where to be found. It took them another 20 minutes to fill my Rx since apparently it wasn’t done the day before when I dropped off my prescription.
Next time, i’m taking my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street.
