The current location was a franchise of «Postnet» for over 11 years before we took over and offered similar services including Notary, Mail boxes, Shipping and Copying services. We De-​Franchised it, made it a «family business» and added Printing & Business Consulting services to it. It was very well received by the local community reflecting the 3 fold increase in sales within 6 months.

At peak he ran 9 companies and had over 200 Employees. He brings with him the business intelligence, Customer service & Management Skills. He offers Business Consulting, Business Funding, Legal Cost optimization strategies as well as other Financial Services.

Ivana Nichkawde is a Graphic Designer specializing in Business Printing. She looks after the overall management as well as Livescan & Notary services. She takes care of the Fremont store mainly. I see this place all the time as I go to the salon next to them. Today I needed to get a will notarized and remembered that they offer notary services. I went in and was helped immediately!
The service was incredibly friendly and quick and the woman helping me also explained their other services. If you’re in need of printing, notary services, or a work space this would be a great place to utilize.
Plus the notary signature was only $ 10 and they were available on a Saturday. Totally made me happy.

Ivana is the best! I am a senior in high school & she came to our class to talk to us about business and her company. She is organized and determined and super sweet! Very helpful. I reccomend to anyone who is looking into getting flyers made for exposure of a business or how to just get started on how to approach a new business venture!

I needed printing done on a poster, something fairly simple in my opinion. I checked another high rated business (The Print Café) and was a total waste of time. They just wanted my money for something so simple. $ 25 for a poster?!
The lady in the shop was super friendly and got me in and out within minutes. Support this place! Great service and great pricing.

I love this place! I have my business mail come here. I needed Blueprints made in a hurry late one night Ivana gave me her cell number I just send PDF file over and there ready in the morning. Ivana also designed some really nice 2 sided Business Cards for my Company that I get compliments daily and I refer them to the Niche Café as well. I have been there a number of times for their notary services, and recently I had Ivana design some business cards for me. She is a very kind and competent graphics designer, the cards came out well! I gave them short notice to finish, because I had been so busy, but Ivana finished them for me on time. I would highly recommend them for their printing and mailbox services!

I needed a mail box that packages could arrive at. USPS poboxes just don’t manage sometimes. But, from day one before ever even stepping foot in the store or dropping dime-​one… Avinash has provided nothing but STELLAR service. Ivana? Outstanding person and for those who need the mental flush; her meditations and foot — soak meditation a sessions will do the trick (and that parts all FREE!) — They REALLY will take care of you and have lots of resources to help in many different facets of one’s business needs and dealings! love’em!

Went in to get a fingerprint service done here and was greeted by very nice people!
Had to wait but that’s cause I didn’t call ahead but no biggie. The scan was quick and easy but just kinda surprised with prices cause other services offered cheaper.
Overall very good customer service and they took care of all the paperwork for me.

Ivana and Avinash are always there to greet you with a smile. I have my mailbox at their location and even if it is after hours and they are there, I can go in and collect my mail. Ivana worked with me to create my business cards that came out awesome.
Super friendly and helpful with all business needs and their location is great. If you need any business needs, stop by and see what they can do for you. Forget those large corporate places that have people working for them that don’t care about what your really need.

I have been coming to Niche Business Café since they started in Sept 2013. The happy cheery faces of Ivana and Avinash with professional service have helped me on numerous occasions, often during late evenings and weekends (Yes, Sunday too !!!). Niche Business Café has helped me and our business with Graphic Design, Printing, Notary, Shipping and of-​course I have a mail box there. It is truly a one stop business center. Where else can you check your mail until 9pm on weekdays and also on the weekends? Avinash is a very successful entrepreneur and business consultant whose strategic business advice is warmly appreciated. I would recommend everyone. I like their new services such livescan (fingerprinting) and their state of the art new Wide Format printer & other color printer which can print newsletters & books with saddle stitching ability.
