I bought Rangoli Sweet(White Burfi) and within less than 48 hours I saw fungus on the sweet. For all this time, the sweet was in refrigerator. When I reported to the store, I was told that at the time of sell, there was no fungus. So, it is not their problem. They can’t guarantee freshness after the sweet leaves store. Please never buy anything perishable which is usually not a running item from this store

Please keep a sign up for $ 10 minimum limit I know California is expensive but don’t take it out on me. Also I can buy potatoe pea sambosas from anywhere and your store never has chai moments or haldirams packet food. I’m irritated and shopping elsewhere

Poor customer service. Very high prices compared to all other nearby Indian Grocery Stores.

It’s a fairly small sized Indian grocery store, neatly maintained. Vegetables and fruits are stocked fresh most times. Helpful staff and the items are well arranged, easy and handy to pick. All Indian cooking masalas, spices, easy to cook/ready to eat collection, refrigerated, frozen items and other food necessaries are available here. I’ve also spotted some of the seasonal Indian festive items during festival times. Quality wise, whatever I’ve purchased so far are good. I always double check the expiry date of any item before proceeding for billing and likewise once I found Chapati flour kept after the expiry date. So, be watchful while buying products. They also carry different varieties of locally made Indian snacks like sweets & savories. I’ve tried some of them and they are wonderful. Their pricing is reasonable and in fact, certain items costs much lesser than those found in other areas like San Jose/Milpitas/Sunnyvale. They have latest Hindi(many) & Tamil(very few) movie dvd’s, grab one if interested. People who are in the neighborhood and is looking for a quick shopping, can definitely stop here !

Convenient location but worst customer service. Most of the product prices are not labeled. They never greet, smile or thank.

Good selection of India grocery at a reasonable price. They are also carrying Organic products which is great. Spend $ 25 and get a free DVD for the latest hindi/punjabi movies

Well stocked with most essentials. Fresh vegetables and good milk products like paneer, dahi etc. Service and help provided is average. Cleanliness is also average.

I went here the other day to get a few things — found a few more things that I wasn’t really looking for :) They had dried rose leaf petals which was kind of cool. Gonna use it in my tea. They also had a really big curry leaf plant for only $ 14.99 — gonna pick this up the next time I’m there. Overall liked the store a lot — — Really friendly and good customer service — Clean and well kept — Lots of variety — Fair prices Will definitely be back for more shopping :)

I am very impressed with new location they moved to. Nicely organized and clean store. The only store in the Mission. I am very satisfied with the prices as I have tried different store but eventually end up paying more money in big stores and very little personal service. We drive a long way from Union City to get fresh produce. Love the neighborhood and keep up the smiling welcome.

Packed products are good, and bit expensive. Better quality than Bharat bazar. They moved next to cvs pharmacy and more closer to our home. It is small and may not have all the things wanted, but it is a start. As the other poster said, it is the trade off between driving longer or spending a bit more close to home.

This is the only Indian grocery store around the Mission in the Fremont/Milpitas area. The goods are a wee bit pricey but instead of paying towards gas by driving long distances you are paying for the goods. You get to rent a DVD for free if your purchase is over $ 20. Vegetables are usually not fresh
