Went here to get my manifold for my 91 ef swap, i went ahead and bought the wrong one and Caesar was nice enough to refund it or offer store credit even when it was a used part. This is customer service. If I ever need after market parts I will definitely be getting them here. Not only do they offer the best quality parts, they are honest people too which in my eyes is the best thing you can ask for in a business. Thanks again you guys. Keep up the good work.

I’ve heard about this place for a very long time, now that I had the money I took my Integra in for a JDM front end conversion. And the price was very reasonable, the staff was excellent, and they keep me in the loop for the 2 day process.
I will be going back for future purchases. And will refer a lot of people to them because they actually care about the customer. And you can’t find that in most shops these days. Please go check these guys out. They won’t disappoint!

Ive picked up a few things from here and the team has never let me down. Everyone was very helpful and decent prices. Picked my 2 lips for my integra then a exedy oem replacement clutch as well. Today i went in because i wanted to buy the momo wheel i seen on the website but they didnt have it but offered to order it for me. I decline but he did recommend a personal wheel instead and i am very happy with the set up. I will be coming back for black friday!

Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. First time and loved it. Got my wheel and tires and they mounted and installed them. Prices arent too bad either. Must come check it out. Great people and great place. Will come back for sure. :)

I’ve recently got bite on my hand and i can barley even drive my car since its stick, Cesar at NCAS was willing enough to come down where i live by. Honestly, not many car shops will do this much and especially for an NRG QR and Lock!

These guys straight hooked me up. I got the best rate on a clutch job for my 98 sh prelude in the entire bay area. Saved over 400 dollars and they changed my transmission fluid on the house. Chris the guy at the front desk made sure I got the best deal possible and Mike the head mechanic put in over time hours to make sure my car is purring. If your not getting your parts/​maintenance done here you’re tripping.

This place is pretty cool, they helped me get a deal for front SIR bumper, it was a for a Christmas present for a friend. The guys here are very helpful and they gave me a really fair price for the bumper and even threw in a few extras. Great service, plus good quality personnel is hard to find nowadays, I will be back for more!

The place has improved a lot over the years, they carry some very good imported parts at times. Definitely a good store front for most aftermarket goodies for imports

Nor Cal is a great business. I bought my HIDs from here and every one here is super helpful and knows what they are talking about. Cesar is great and will always help you out and get you a great deal and if he doesn’t have what you are looking for he will find it. I definitely recommend doing business here and I refer all my friends and family!

First time I wet there was early Jan 2012. I went there with cousin’s who needed to buy some HIDs. The shop sold them a couple of sets of HIDs for a reasonable price for their DC2s. I was kinda butt hurt that they got some studf for ther car and I didnt even have a car to buy stuff for at the moment. I was talking to Ceasar and told him my sad story that My jdm front end db8 jus got jacked around Christmas time and was planning to maybe put the USDM front end back on. Caesar being the cool ass mofo is explained to me that i would have to find a whole front radiator support because they cut out a good portion of the USDM frame to get the JDM radiator support to fit. He adviced me jus put it back to JDM. Told him that it wasnt really in the budget at this point. He asked me how much I was the budget? I checked my bank account online and gave him some horrible number. He said that he had a single set in the back that didnt have a radiator support, And the parts were not in the best condition. He let me know they were the parts that people didnt pick for their sets. But since they were in the condition they were he was willing to work with the number that i gave him. He busted out his big ass handy dandy calculator and crunched some numbers and showed me his number which was pretty damn close to my number. Took a look at the parts and they were just how he explained. They were good solid parts but they needed to be reconditioned. I said F it and said ill take em. Went to the bank real quick. Put a downpayment to hold the parts. Since they were goona fit in a DC2 with 3 people already crammed in it. Picked them up the following wednesday and recondtioned them to the best of my ability slapped them on and did some more alignment and reconditioning and boom. F@ćk yeah jdm db8 in full effect.

This place is so unprofessional and rude. I called there yesterday to find out if they had some Ballasts And a guy on the phone told me they did… When my boyfriend went to pick them up some young skinny kid said… no we don’t have them… My boyfriend asked if he was sure and the kid left and came back and said… Nope we don’t have any… Are u kidding me??? Every time I come to this place they are so rude… They act like their shit doesn’t stink just cuz they go to crappy car shows with their crappy DA cars that need camber kits. I spent 1800 dollars with these guys not too long ago and u would think that they would show enough customer courtesy to paying customers! I’m going to get my car dyno tuned and after today’s treatment… I would rather pay the extra 40 dollars and go with DNR performance, then give this place any more of my money. I suggest u do the same.

DO NOT do business with this place! Very dishonest about their prices! I saw their NRG hubs and quick releases ad on craigslist for a reasonable price, so I called in earlier today to get a quote on an NRG shot hub and hub lock. One of the employees confirmed the prices to me, but when I got there (I drove all the way from SF) he tried to charge me $ 30 more than what he told me on the phone. I was pissed off and left immediately.
Overall… These guys do not know what they are doing and are very unorganized with how they run their business! Save your time and get your parts somewhere else! STAY AWAY!

Man oh man i recommend this place to all JDM lovers great customer service. what i like about Cesar (owner ncas) if he dont have it he will find it for you he is willing to go out of his way for a customer. i recently purchased a manifold and seats for my gsr kuz my fat problems broke my stock seats but man he really hooked me up way cheaper! than any other store in the bay! if your in need of any automotive need i strongly advise you to go here first it will be a one stop shop! and then sum he gives you your moneys worth specially in this bad economy!

Good spot to get alot of «jdm» goodies, or at least replicas of it. But good selection and decent pricing. I’ve bought rims as well as a roof visor here. Would def recommend if they have what you’re looking for.

I was in search for an exhaust for my 2008 accord and had heard about this place through a friend so I gave them a call. Spoke with Ceaser and told him what car I had and what I wanted and he suggested that I go with a certain exhaust that he had in stock and thought that it would go great for what I had in mind. So I picked up my exhaust, went home and installed it oh man I absolutely love it was just what I was looking for. Thanks again Ceaser. U have made a happy repeat customer :)

Called in to check if the NRG quick release kit I wanted was available. Guy said yes so I came in only to find that it was no longer in stock. Placed an order and came back a few days later to pick up but this time, the steering wheel that was supposed to come with the kit was back ordered. I wanted my refund but the guy (different guy this time) insisted that he ship it out to us once it came in at their expense.
Finally received the steering wheel yesterday and guess what? The steering wheel ain’t even NRG! First guy told us kit came all NRG with most basic model steering wheel. You bet it’s basic – it’s $ 25-​shipping-​included-​ebay-​basic, LOL. AND, get this, a lengthy disclaimer full of bull shit posted on the shipping box: «there are no refunds of any sort and the dealer and/​or manufacturer has no obligation to accept any returns.»

So i bought a couple sets of HIDs here and some window visors.
The week i decided to buy my HIDs, i came up with the idea to buy it friday, after i get paid and so that i could install that night.
I got off work hella later than expected but called Cesar to see if he could stay open. At first he said no, but after my constant nagging he stayed open an extra 30mins so i could get it. Good thing! because my headlight had jus gone out that thursday. Minus 1 star thought because its kinda in a shitty location and hard to find. otherwise! all good.
