I have been a patient of Dr. Sharma’s for approx. a year now. I love the time she spends with you as a patient, never making you feel rushed. I also appreciate that the wait to be seen isn’t long at all, at all of my appts. I have been seen close to my appt. time. I like that she takes the time to find the right diagnosis before prescribing all kinds of medications as well, she will turn to blood test and further exams prior to prescribing you something you may not need. Her staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their job functions. They always greet you with a smile, show care & concern, make sure you have the paperwork you need, ensure future visits are scheduled and that all of your questions are answered before you walk out the door. Thank you Dr. Sharma and staff!

Avoid this health care doctor and her entire staff! I had the worst possible experience which resulted in emotional trauma and further tests.
First off, I visited this doctor due to light headed ness and dizziness. The doctor requested various blood tests for possible cholesterol, BP, etc. I never got a follow up call from this place, I’ve called multiple times and they complained their fax machine was broken. It’s been over 2 weeks now, and they still haven’t received the reports from LabCorp. So I decided to get the reports from some other medical institution, and guess what, I did hold of my blood reports. What are you guys doing over there? You do understand people’s lives and livelihood are at stake correct?
Second, I had EKG/​ECG done from this place on the same day, and the experience was unprofessional and rude, they didn’t list my proper age, my name, on the report! I had a false positive and possible scare that I had issues with my heart. Imagine you are 29 years old, and you think you have heart issues. I ended up getting second opinion from Silicon Valley Cardiology, and everything was fine.
A message to Dr. Sharma, please fire your entire front desk staff. I hope you guys find a job outside of healthcare, you are not doctors/​nurses, you are business people, charging huge bills to health insurance companies, and providing the wrong care for people who need help!

Had the worst experience with this doc, we are never going to visit her again.
We went to her for repeated checkups as my wife was feeling very weak and anemic.
After several checkups and an MRI (which I still don’t why) she ruled out that my wife was undergoing depression and suggested a prescription drugs for the same.
Thanks to our friend’s suggestion we switched to a different family medicine who immediately diagnosed that it was «Thyroid» that was causing these issues.
After starting medication, my wife was back to normal with in 3 – 4 weeks.

She’s been my doctor for as long as I can remember and for the entire duration of my little brother’s existence from the inception (or conception) to the present. She’s highly professional, extremely competent and the best physician ever. I dread going to the doctor when I’m away from home because the attention to detail heavily lacks comparatively and the criticism in regards to the front desk is silly, especially to warrant a one-​star review after praising the doctor. That is a heavily flawed review. Lavanya is great, as well. She may not have the most professional mannerisms but she’s thorough and knows what she’s doing. I cannot ever recall her being rude even slightly.
