Simon helped us sell our house in Fremont in 2014. He is an absolute pleasure to work with; very patient and methodical. He will guide you through the entire process and has a keen eye for detail.
We first initiated contact with him in 2013, and he suggested changes we needed to make in the house for optimal returns. We took about a year to make those changes, and then in 2014 we finally decide to sell. Simon staged the house impeccably. We had one open house, 5 offers, and within 4 days we accepted one of the offers well over the asking price. We had a very smooth ride through the closing process as well.
I must mention that around the same time two more homes in our neighborhood went on the market, that took 5 – 6 weeks to sell, and sold at or below the asking price.
