I went into this location on Thursday of last week, There was a young girl working the counter, she must have been having a really bad day. I asked her a question and she snapped at me. I am in that area alot but I will never go back into that store again!

So sad that this place cannot keep the store clean and it’s right across from the hospital too. After today, i am so grossed with this location. I went for a quick 15-minute break from work to grab a treat of Mango Green Tea Lemonade. Cashier was nice and that star is for her. However, I don’t know who’s at fault but if you knew you’re out of something you’d let your customer know about the wait. So after 10 minutes of being patient and 8 – 10 people already got their drinks before me, I finally asked the barista if my order was on its way. 2 Venti Mango Greentea Lemonade. She explains to me that they are still brewing some more Greentea because they only have black tea available. My 15-minute break ended up being 30-minutes. I looked around and all the garbage bins were full. The condiment station was really awful. They am were not under staff at all! Seeing all the garbage and untidiness of the store made me think about how unsanitary this place is! Clean up and manage the store better; train your staff to communicate with each other. This is not the first time this happened but it’s definitely the worst.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to do business with! I’ve been a Gold Card member since Dec 2009 and average 3 – 4 «free» drinks per month due to the frequency of my drink purchases. The store was not overly busy but the garbage can was overflowing, the floor was in need of a sweep and mop. Three baristas were behind the counter with others visible in the back. I explained exactly how to prepare my drink and listened as the cashier explained to the preparing barista. What I received bore no relation to what I wanted and ordered! It’s not rocket science and should have been prepared as explained. Filthy store, incompetent staff and unfortunately I cannot give zero or minus stars! When the other nearby Starbucks finishes the remodeling I’ll never waste money at this location again.

Love my skinny caramel macchiatos with a pump of peppermint. It is our go to place for coffee. The croissant is tasty, flaky and delicious. The walnut and banana bread is to die for(caution loaded with calories), the petite vanilla bean scone the blueberry muffin yunnm. You get the point.

Wow really bad customer service. So I’m patiently waiting in line forever for my drink because some pushy people ahead of me are demanding this and that. I finally get my drink and ask for a cup of water because they don’t have a little self-serve station like Peets does, the barista I ask just ignores me so I ask another employee and she says It’ll be in the line. Is it that difficult to fill up a cup with water? I usually go to Peets are somewhere that’s not Starbucks for exactly this reason, only reason I came here today is because someone cursed me with a gift card.

Worst Starbucks on Earth! I will never ever come back here again! I went today to grab some coffee and a croissant before catching my Bart train, this location is conveniently located near the station. I pre-ordered through the Starbucks app and when I showed up, it wasn’t ready. I have a train to catch and I can’t spare too much time. So what I observe is there is one lady making my coffee which ended up tasting horrible, nothing like a white mocha. And she forgets my croissant, she goes to get my croissant and there is another employee talking to her and she gets sidetracked. She starts to do something else while I’m there waiting. How long could it take to stick a croissant in a bag and hand it to someone that is in a hurry. They had no sense of urgency to get things done. There were 3 employees and only 2 were working. I usually place an order to the Starbucks in Irvington as it is closer to my house and they are fast and good! Big mistake for me for not doing that today. I ended up missing my train because the ladies have no urgency to assist customers in a timely manner and it had a huge trickle effect on my commute to work. I will continue to go to the Starbucks near home as they are fast and provide excellent tasting coffee. The only time I will ever set foot back in this Starbucks is if am being chased down by a mad wolf and need a place to hide but never again to order. If I can give them negative stars I would!

I love Starbucks and just moved to the area. I usually go to Starbucks up the street from my place but stop by here from time to time when I heading towards 880. But EVERYTIME I’ve came here it has not been pleasant. The cashiers are very welcoming and friendly and has suggestion on drinks if I want to try something new. But the associates at the bar are very slow and sometimes are unsure on what to do next. I understand there are new comers but at least of someone near to help them when cups get behind and customers are waiting. Drinks are inconsistent, sometimes there good and other times not so much. Atmosphere is great here and would come back still hoping things get better.

Everytime I come to this starbucks, it takes a long time to get my drinks ready. I would understand if this location is always packed but even when there are no people, it takes forever for the team here to my coffee ready. If you’re pressed for time, please go to some other location. However if you can wait for your drink for 15 mins or more then come to this location to kill your precious time.

Great baristas! Except for the one manager who always has a scowl on her face. She is fairly new. These baristas have to put up with alot of abuse from the clientele(mostly Indian) and I have been told on multiple occasions customers have actually stolen the tips from their jar! Just so wrong to steal from hardworking kids. Love the new blackberry frapp and my americanos are always made perfectly. Great location

Today I ordered TL Wht Mocha extra hot no whip no foam. Once I received my drink the first thing I noticed was the heavy foam on top. I ask the barista Britney would she take the foam off politely. She looked at me with such an attitude. As she open up my cup to remove the foam off my drink now more than ¼ off my drink is gone. I really needed this drink to keep me awake this morning. Now I have paid for an drink without the full serving. I want my money back asap! It never fells just about every time I go to this Starbucks on Civic Center Drive the Baristas usually don’t make my drinks right! There’s always something of what I’ve ordered is not in my drinks! For instance Green Tea Lemonade/no lemonade White Chocolate Mocha no whip or no foam Lots & Lots of foam! Mango Smoothie with no banana Grande I received a small size but I paid for Grande size! There reply is because I don’t put the banana inside my drink it causes the drink to be not full. That’s BullShit… If I asked for NO bananas in my drinks just add more of the other ingredients to accommodate what’s missing. For the poor service I am giving this Starbucks a ** two stars!

This location is near my work so i come here sometimes. Parking is a hassle sometimes though as its a one way street to park. Service is a hit or miss and lunch time and break time service can be slow. The baristas and employees are friendly and nice though

The four stars are obviously not for the product itself, since it’s basically the same everyone. They are for the good service, nice location, and outdoor seating. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t so crammed. You would think that not many people know about this place and so it would be less crowded, but I guess enough people know about to crowd it. I wish I was living in those apartments above these mini-stores!

Not my favorite coffee in town, but I needed to pick-up a couple of gift cards. Quick, efficient service. Not a lot of parking in the front, but there is additional parking around the back.
