Stephanie’s Skin Care & Nails Spa

The owner changed and now it’s tiffany’s. Walked in on Thursday around 10:15am. Got pedicure for $ 25 and manicure for $ 10. When I tried to leave, a few of my manicure got messy because it wasn’t dry. I asked her to redo it. She just over painted and looked ugly. I liked the pedicure but didn’t get massage on my shoulders like other places.

I’m so glad I found this amazing place! There’s not a reason why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. Tiffanie was so generous, she made sure I was satisfied with my nails.

Amy did it again beautiful. I called around 6 to see if i can get a shellac manicure since they close at 7 they said come in i was seated right away and greeted by amy they got busy amy was a little rushed on me but she did a great job and made sure i was happy.

I did a chance walk in due to getting the shaft from my nail lady of 3+ years-​so I took a chance because my nails were in bad shape! SANDY! OMG, this woman is wonderful-​perfect acrylic nails! Not thick or sloppy-​excellent polish job. She is very detail oriented — I can not believe the luck in finding her!

My first review was from early 2014. I have since been back and actually had a facial from Stephanie (the owner). She is fantastic. I told her about my previous issues with the nail techs and she apologized and gave me her business card with her personal cell number. She gives her cards out because some customers don’t like to complain in person and she wants everyone to be able to voice their concern if they are satisfied or not.

So it was my first visit and I went with my friend cus she goes here all the time. And omg– AMY is amazing!!! I typically don’t like acrylic nails because other places lay on the powder so thick, but she did a great job of laying it on nice and thin yet evenly coated. Then she took her time filing my nails into shape AND cleaning up the cuticle and all the gross skin surrounding it. After every step she asked if it looked good, or OK or if I wanted to change something. Super sweet and she took her time. Such a great experience! Will definitely be back to see Amy. (:

Stephanie is the best I’ve ever had for my skin care regimen. I called late Sunday night to her cellphone and I was able to reach her at home where she confirmed an appt for me the next morning! Excellent customer service!

RUDE! They did a horrible job on all of us that had went to get a mani and pedi. Not only that, when my sister had asked them to fix it they yelled at her and started speaking their language. Even Stephanie, the owner, had yelled at my sister, she almost cried! Wow, great job ladies. You just lost loyal customers!

I have came here a couple times with my sister. Each time I’ve come I always end up getting the same lady who does an «okay» job. But finally this time I got someone new. I believe she said her name was Lou? I’m not totally sure. She sits in the third desk from the door. I wanted my nails a certain shape and she listened to exactly what I wanted, and double checked with me before she did anything extreme. I highly recommend her for acrylic gel nails.
Giving this place only four stars due to my past experiences with the older lady who has done my nails before. She would say I can’t do this, or that because my nails are too long or it will look ugly. Other than that I will continue to come to this nail place and go to Lou.

Up until today I really enjoyed coming to this place. The sign outside says $ 25 mani pedi. When I rejected their $ 32 mani pedi the price for the regular mani pedi suddenly went up to $ 28. The lady who did my pedi then proceeded to argue with me about the prices even after I asked her to stop. Completely unprofessional to make a scene like that in front of the other customers. Was told the wait was 30 minutes to get into a chair but then it was another 30 minutes sitting while the water got cold. Had I known it would be this much of a hassle I would have gone down the street where they actually honor their prices. Never coming back again.

Maybe I went on an off-​day? My experience was horrible.
When my friend and I sat down, they gave us a small bottle of water — awesome! They started on my friend and told me to wait a little — that’s fine. About ten minutes later, someone came to help me. Both my friend and I picked the deluxe pedicure package. Everytime the lady helping my friend went to get something (heated towel, stones), she’d get it for the lady that was working on my toes. As a result, the woman working on my toes would rush doing everything. My massage lasted half the time as well as everything else. I actually ended EARLIER than my friend.
She cut the skin off both my toes, so I now have two swollen big toes. My friend’s foot was also cut — but she was smarter and put disinfectant on as soon as she got home.

I really like this place! It’s close to my house which is real nice. They are attentive and caring. Good prices. Stephanie is real sweet, Kim does my pedicures and she’s the sweetest lady who listens to everything you want. Amy does my daughters nails and does exactly what she asks for or like the picture if we bring it in. I have no complaints!

This salon has 3 nail stations and 6 pedicure massage chairs. When I went there were 4 ladies working and I only had to wait ten minutes as a walk-​in customer. For just $ 25 I got a mani pedi with a beautiful lilac color. The lady that did my nails was so friendly and warm. She gives an amazing foot massage too! I really enjoyed my experience here :)

I love this place! Fair prices for high quality work. I make it a point to stop by at least once a month to get work done on my nails (both hands and feet). Im very particular about maintaining the cleanliness of nail beds, after all.. Who wants to walk around with crusty feet and dirty nails? Not me!
The ladies here do a fantastic job of making sure my cuticles are properly cut and my nails are in perfect condition. Im also a huge fan of trying out different colors and styles, and they bring that to the table here without breaking your wallet. Ive gone to other places where a full set of decorative, blingbling nails have costed me $ 80+, and i can happily say i can get the same results here for less than half that price. definite plus in this darn economy! I also love how they have shelves and shelves of endless colors, its nice to have the option of my favorite colors in quite a few different shades each. Variety is always better than limited choices in my opinion. In fact, wide selections and great service is why i think many people frequent here. Most of the time that im here, theyre sooooo busy! Of course, business that good speaks for itself.

Love this place! My hubs & I come for a pedi every time we visit the bay area. Great prices, sweet ladies, fast & clean.
The foot /​calf massages are my fav! (get the ‘deluxe’ pedi for the massage; they use warm rocks & towels… ahhhhh! So worth it!)

I love getting my wax done here because they do a great job but not only that they are actually able to get on both sides of the waxing bed!
Also got my nails done and the came out great! She did a great job and they came out looking beautiful and natural just how I wanted them. Love them!

I walked in at 5:35pm on Sunday not realizing that they close at 5pm on Sundays. I had only planned on a shellac manicure but they said if I would get a pedicure too they would stay open for me for both. I gave in because we are going out of town tomorrow and I have no time.
The ladies are all very sweet although there is so much conversation going on between them all in Vietnamese. It makes the visit a tad uncomfortable.
I like to be able to go in to an establishment, get what I need, and get out as soon as possible. There is a lot of up-​selling that happens here. I go in with a plan and will be back if I need anything else so I would prefer to not have to deal with all the up-​selling.
All in all, this is a reliable salon and the ladies are very nice. I will continue to go here as I haven’t had a bad experience in the 3 times I have been.

I LOVE this place! I literally come twice a week! I get everything done here, my nails/​pedi by Amy and eyebrow wax/​facials by Stephanie or Amy for waxing if stephanie isn’t available. This is the go-​to place. It’s clean and relaxing, big selection of nail color, they always offer a little water bottle, the prices are affordable and everyone is friendly. I always bring a pic for my nails and Amy always does it just like the picture I always leave happy and loving my nails Im always getting compliments on her work! I love it here!!:)
**Ps for ladies that want designs go to Amy thurs-​sun. Sandy is the other nail tech and she does a good job but for plain nails.**
