Does anyone know when either office is open? I have called numbers for both, and while the message says to call back during regular business hours, it doesn’t say what those are! Super frustrating. My husband was in the hospital this weekend for chest pain, and it would be really nice to know when I will be able to get through to make an appointment for him for follow up.

After 3 procedures and them putting up with me all turned out well… I did have concerns with appts… when they left you the reminder message it states «if you want to cancel your appt call us at??» they never give you the number. Plus when you called the number on the card there was no way to leave a message to cancel? the staff is friendly, i was stressed out during this stuff, the technician was professional, sincere and she let me vent, even let me swear. The Dr. is in and out yet I felt confident in his ability to detect anything with all the test’s he ran, he is very thorough. Thank you Dr. G and staff. Peace

I have been seeing Dr. Degalan for about six months now, I see him about once a month, and I really believe that he is a great doctor that cares about his patients.
I will say that he often seems rushed. I dont mean that to imply that he does not give time to his patients but you must ask questions or he will come in, give you the JIST and walk out. I guess that is also part of taking care of yourself.
They are also bringing in a rhythmetologist which is exciting because it is uncommon to have access to one unless you are in the hospital.
I am taking a star off because I have been seen in both the Hayward and Fremont offices and during my last visit in Fremont they did not have my file, it was left in Hayward. Luckily, Dr. Degalan has a great memory and was able to answer an ok amount of my questions. However, I had to come back to get the rest of my questions answered and it made me uncomfortable.
