The «lady» is not there anymore and the prices have gradually inched upwards. But for a hand wash it is still pretty reasonable.

Rude lady. If the lady is gone from this place, it would get a five star Unilocal review.
Service is good but expensive!!!

Went here with some concerns, given all the negative reviews here.
Then I thought: why not try it once? After all, it’s a hand car wash! I’m not going there to eat!
They did a very good job for $ 16. 3 people washed my car, and 6 people dried it off and vacuumed it.
Vehicle looks spotless now! Given the level of service I got, I gave them a 25% tip.
P. S. There was no long line when I went. I also didn’t see the «lady» mentioned in several reviews.

Very unprofessional!!! They told me to come out of the car for cleaning inside and as the regular process here I kept the key in so that they can move the car as they need and these people closed the doors of my car and locked it with my key inside like seriously who does that… That happened cause there are too many folks cleaning one car and no one knows what the other one is doing… Well I am definitely not coming here again!!! And for all my time waste here 1star…

A bit pricey ($ 15 for truck, then another guy said $ 12 a bit shady) but worth it for a decent handwash. Open until 6 pm on Sundays

This gas station is across the street from where I live and it’s only $ 8 for a hand wash so I was like okay I’ll give it a try since I needed a car wash. Uhhh yeah they have one job and don’t even care if your car is washed properly. I still had some dirty spots around my car! Never coming here again.

This place is kind of nice since it may be hiring people who need work

1 it’s very unprofessional in pricing. I have a prius and a Sienna but have never had the advertised 6.99 price given even if the car was not dirty. Some authority needs to investigate on fair pricing.
2 The pressure used for washing is unregulated and probably too high — might just whip off paint or reduce lifetime
3 No idea what soap they use or do they recycle water?
4 Don’t care quality — my wheel rims were still dirty when the car was out and I was asked another $ 3 above the $ 12 I was asked for. I politely refused and walked away
5 Loud manager — yes the lady with the visor. Love her entrepreneurial attitude but she is down right rude to her staff and will randomly ask you for tips for them
Today was my last visit. Look for Costco coupons they are worth every bit and cheaper.

Horrible job! Being recomended by friends I gave it a try I went early sunday and when I got home I came to norice a whole lot of soap on my truck save your money you’re better off washing it yourself

When I saw the reviews I was skeptical! 1^st drawback is that it’s cash only! They missed a spot on the lower part of the door, about 2 feet. It is a true handwash spot however. A lot of carwash businesses advertise handwash service but actually don’t offer it. It’s hard to find a decent car wash place around here let alone a carwash place in Fremont /​Tri-​City area. Price was $ 14/​-​for a midsize sedan. They also don’t wipe the seats with anything, I wasn’t expecting a leather cleaner or conditioner but a damn cloth would’ve been fine. Definitely underrated, I would recommend and return. Don’t forget to tip the guys!

Avoid this place. Took my crossover here for a quick wash inside and out. They charged me the SUV charge, 25 bucks!!! Had to drag them over after complete as I noticed bugs still on the wind shield then looked at the front of the car and had to have them redo the front too. Also no one speaks decent English. A lot of pointing…

The price was cheap enough, but they only washed about 90% of my car. No matter the price, I expect a good job. I won’t be going back.

I pass by this place all time going to work and my car hasnt been cleaned in over a year. I always see a bunch of people cleaning/​drying a car. It looked like team work was key here and that the quality of work was superb. My perception proved to be incorrect.
Cons:
— Cash Only policy (because the workers are undocumented and are cheating the tax system)
— Prices start at $ 6.99 and they charged me $ 9 for an exterior wash only. So I wonder what $ 6.99 would’ve given me?
— After the wash, i came out to pay an old lady, and when I turned around to watch them dry my car, they were done. Half ass job. My car’s been dryer coming out of the carwashes blower. I asked them to dry my car some more and they snarked at me and started talking in their language to each other. Then one guy came to wipe my side mirror. That was it.
$ 9 to power soap my car. I would’ve paid almost the same at the Shell on Jarvis in Newark and the job would’ve been a full-​service wash. Inside out.
Never going back here again. I feel like driving by and egging the place as they cheat the government and the people. Not sure how he authorities can allow such an illegal business. At least other illegal businesses are worth it.

Came to this car wash mid afternoon when they were not too busy, I have come here once before and they did an alright job, couldn’t expect too much for a $ 7 job but I needed a quick wash for a special occasion and they were the closest.
Everything went as normal, they washed it with their pressure washers (which I have never seen another car wash use before,) and it made me a little uneasy but I figured it must be fine since they get a fair amount of business.
I was absolutely wrong.
The way their system works involves you never having to get out of your car, they have you open your door to take payment while the workers dry your vehicle, and they do it in such a speedy manner you can drive off as quick as you pulled in.
The second I got home and I parked I did a quick walk around the car to make sure there were no streaks and before I could get around half of my car, I noticed a HUGE ungodly chunk of paint missing from the hood of my vehicle.
My car is less than 5 years old and I have washed and done maintenance to this car every week. I take so much pride in my car and I know it inside and out and there is absolutely no way humanely possible this happened else where.
I immediately went back to the car wash and calmly asked for the manager (I work in customer service so I am very aware of how one should conduct their self in a matter such as this.)
I was then confronted by a HIGHLY AGGRESSIVE and LOUD older Asian lady wearing a sun visor. The second she noticed the damage she started screaming at me as if it were my fault, all the while pointing at my hood and yelling «BEFORE! BEFORE!» as If I just strolled right into the car wash with paint missing from my car.
She quickly walked back to her station yelling for the whole neighborhood to hear as if I would dismiss this situation like nothing happened. She would not give me any contact information for the business and would not tell me her name.
There is absolutely no shred of customer service anywhere in this business. No sign of accountability and not even an ounce of empathy for customers.
Sun Visor lady has to be one of the most god-​awful human beings I have ever met in my life.
Her lack of concern and complete disregard she had for my situation was absolutely appalling. I have never in my life been treated as poorly as I was by this woman.
This business will be hearing from my lawyer.

The lady in the sun hat is extremely rude. After paying her $ 20 they proceeded the wash my car. After they were done, she insisted I had not paid. Them being a cash only operation I did not have any proof. More so, her employees threatened to beat me up if I did not pay again. Finally I had to pay another $ 20, so I got duped out of an additional $ 20. She does not speak any English so very hard to reason with her.
If you go there insist on getting a receipt when you pay. Also make sure they actually vacuum the inside and wipe afterwards as they don’t seem to do that if you are distracted.
Best avoided.

Normally all I post is happy and good things! I took my car in to get washed like I have done for the last 20 times in a year or so at this place! All was fine until the drying part started with the towels. They were dirty and wet and left streak marks all over my car windows. I opened my door and gave the man a 2 dollar tip to please wipe Clean. He made it worse. So I opened my door again slightly again and asked him very nicely to please clean the windows right. Then out of nowhere there is an Old lady that sits in a chair and watches everything. Once she feels your done no matter how long like myself has been a customer will get up out of her chair, money in hand and start yelling at you in front of everyone! I was very polite but she continued to yell at me! It was so off the wall!!! I asked her, why are you yelling at me and she kept on! So, I exited my car, walked over to the shell paper towels and walked back to my car with my girl in it and started to dry my windows myself! Man, if looks could kill!!! They deal with cash only and I’m sure it’s for IRS reasons!!! I will call the IRS and report to see if this is legit! This was uncalled for and all she wants is your money and if you like the car wash or not you need to get the heck out regardless of the wash outcome! Needless to say? I’m never going back and I hope other customers are never treated as bad as we were for absolutely no reason! My score in all is a failure Grade for sure all the way around!!! To bad I have to rate it a 1 star! Should allow 0 stars!

Bottom line — QUICK & CLEAN.
First of all, I truly do not understand why there aren’t more positive reviews for the hand car wash. Where else can you get the inside and outside (wheels included) of your car taken care of by hand in about just 10 minutes?
If you’re looking to get your car cleaned and want something that’s better than a gas station wash, but not as intense (and pricey) as getting it detailed, then this place is definitely a great choice.
*** Just to reiterate — do not come here and expect to get the kind of service that gets your vehicle detailed. ***
At this speed and extremely great price, you really can’t complain at all. 5 people on your car gets you in and out. Another important thing to note — do NOT expect to have a swanky indoor waiting area nor a place with tons of communication. But DO appreciate the fact that they do all of this in front of you so you can ask what you need if you’re really concerned or have specific things to take care of. For example, I had a stain about the size of my palm that I wasn’t able to get out completely by myself. It was the only upholstery type of a cleaning need I had other than vacuuming and they took car of it so quickly. Altogether, I was only charged $ 15… that’s right, just $ 15! At that price, please don’t forget to tip well :).
Random tidbit: I started writing this review while waiting for my car and I couldn’t even finish before they did. Hah! How’s that for speed?

2 stars just for the price; for service and cleanness, it’s really bad. The price they charged ia not always the same. Sometimes they charge more just because your car is «too dirty». … So, I should come here when my car isn’t dirty? I always leave when hey try to charge me extra for «too dirty» car.
However, I still come to this place quite often while feeling like to have a cheap quick wash (without waiting, only 10 min) without fair quality.
If you are looking for a HAND car wash with good deal, this place is what you may like. However, don’t put too high expectation.

The price is attractive, but my experience is totally… (¯ ¨ ¯) I was be there on weekend, and many cars were waiting on line. They just yelled at customers:“Go, go, go!!” They charged me extra ＄5 for cleaning inside part, but dust still sticked every corner!!!

This place is a complete joke. I came here at 9:30am and there were no cars here and still they did a terrible job. I would completely understand if there was a huge line of cars waiting that you’ll need to get everyone in and out as soon as possible, but I’m the only one here besides the car that is heading out.
I asked if they would wipe down the dash if I get the interior clean and the guy insisted that they would. That was the main reason I brought it here since I needed the inside vacuumed and the dash wiped down because I’m too lazy to do it myself.
Before they were done, the lady already demanded tips. Seriously? Tips come after you’re done cleaning… Do people tip waiters before a meal?
After they were «done,» the dash was still dusty and the outside of the car had a huge patch of dust and I showed the lady and she insisted that it DOES NOT COME OFF. Really?!? How come it comes off onto my fingers when I touch it?
Then they grabbed a dry cloth and swept the dust to the other side. It’s hopeless. These people are not that smart. I gave them some tips for trying… Even though it isn’t even deserved.
Terrible place, unless your car is noticeably dirty with bird droppings and tree sap, a wash here isn’t going to help much.

Other than the annoying lady who scares me every time I ask a question, it is a pretty good place to get your car hand cleaned.
You also really have to keep an eye on the car, since they miss cleaning a spot or 2.
