History
Established in 2012.
The broth is a family recipe for nearly 3 generation. It was perfected for consistency by the owner who is the 3rd generation in the family, 1st generation american chinese. The broth is created on a daily basis for fresh, cleanness, and health. The idea is allowing customer to build there noodles with our special broth instead of picking out what they do not want. This is not your typical chinese noodle shop were sanitation is questionable. The owner holds a Food Science degree from University of California Davis and his significant other is a Nutritionist from University of California Davis. Bringing the the best noodle soup food to this community.
