I have been here a few times for the Notary. Mr. & Mrs. Ali are such a fantastic people. When I had gone to get my stuff notarized, there was a family with 2 kids literally playing with everyone’s patience but this couple was very accommodative n handled them very well. 5* for their patience n good work.

I’ve visited this location on several occasions, all for dropping off prepaid packages. On all occasions, I’ve been helped by Laura. She’s friendly enough and didn’t seem annoyed (especially with my last visit, where she had to drop off my AT&T products and she had to pack them allllll for me). Sometimes the wait can be a bit long and they do feel a bit slow at times, but overall, I haven’t had a bad experience here.

The two stars are for the convenience of the location. Although there is ample parking, it is shared amongst other businesses like Safeway which can make finding a parking spot tricky –just for a quick drop off.
Often times I’m left with no choice but to come here to drop off prepaid, time sensitive parcels that need to go out before the 5 o’clock pick up.
It’s as if I’m watching everything in slow motion here. They are slow. slow …and slow. I’ve been in on so many occasions when they’ve only had one staff on site with a looong line. The staff doesn’t appear to be trained to multitask, or prioritize for efficient customer service. Nor do they greet, or acknowledge you even if you are in line for 10 – 15 minutes. It’s painful.

The last few times I’ve dropped packages off there the people that work there seem as if they are annoyed we brought packages. Rarely do they smile anymore. I’m a friendly person and find it rude that I should be the only friendly one. I understand that sometimes people have bad days but geez it’s more often they are not friendly then friendly.

After ready the reviews I was hesitant about stopping here. But I needed to ship a package and it was the closest so that I could make it to work after.
Everything went as it should. Normal. I went in, filled out the label and paid. No one was rude. They even helped me with my package. I had fragile glass and they placed my box in another one with padding. They were attentive and helpful with the well being of what I was shopping. I was happy with the service.

Horrible service. We reached this place at 7.45pm and they were so angry just because their closing time was
. I understand everyone is in a rush to go home when its closing time but this is not how they should behave with their customers. I also heard them making comments about «uggh why do they come at last moment», «we should start closing the door by 7.40» After us 2 more families walked in and still the same behavior these employee showed. Wont come to this location ever again.

I’ve read so many bad reviews about this UPS Store and I am very shocked. I’ve have gone to this location to send packages international and was scared and skeptical but Laura walked me through the whole step. When issues came up and I called UPS to check on what was going on she had already called them to make things go smoothly.
I live about to blocks from a UPS Store but I drive several miles to the Fremont Hub location and would continue to use to this location as long as Laura is there because is very helpful through the whole process. Thank you for all your dedication and support in the international shipping process which I know is the hardest one by far!!!

I usually go to the other branch in Fremont since it’s a lot closer to me, but I happened to be closer to this one today so I thought I’d come by and drop off my package.
It’s a small shop but since I only usually drop off a package, it’s no big deal for me. There was a small line, but it went really quickly since everyone goes there to drop off their packages. My transaction was quick and easy. No complaints. The staff is friendly and very polite as well.
Overall, this UPS branch is just like the other one I’ve been to. They make your transaction quick and easy, which is great. I would come back again since everything went smoothly and quickly for me.

Wish I could leave zero stars. HORRIBLE customer service. The young guy who was working was SO rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. I will NEVER go back to this location, even if they are the only one open on Sunday. It was not even worth my time. Terrible, horrible business. Very disappointed. Do not go there if you care at all how they treat their customers.

This location is really nice, the employees are very nice and helpful. Sometimes if I forget the key, they still give me my mail… obviously using their discretion and they’ve seen me around enough. Right next to Subway and European Wax Center in the Fremont Hub.

Employees here are incompetent and indifferent about it. I called at noon on a Saturday to ask what the cutoff time is for overnight shipping since I needed to ship a pacakge for work for Monday arrival. They told me 4. «4pm?» I ask to confirm. «Yes,» she assures me. So I get there at 3pm to drop off my package, and this lady says it will arrive on Tuesday since the cutoff time was at 2. WTF? I explained that I just called a few hours ago to confirm, and a said unapologetically that she doesn’t know who I talked to (it was more than likely her) but the cutoff is at 2.
Okay so whatever, I’m just looking for a solution. I ask if there are any other locations in the bay area that have later pickup times for next day air. She says no without hesitation. I ask if she’s sure if there arent other places near the airports that have later times? She she this store is the last pickup in Fremont. I ask about SF, Oakland, or SJ locations and she says I dont know. I ask if she’s willing to help me find out? «No, I will not» is all I get. Without another word I head out the door, call the location next to SJ airport, and they tell me their NDA cutoff is 4pm. 1 minute phone call, would that have been so difficult?
I’m sure these clowns will get your packages where you need them to go eventually, but if you have any important business I wouldn’t trust them with it.

This is review for using their printer. I went into store today and wanted to ship my AT&T equipments back. I forgot to bring the shipping instruction page that AT&T recommended to bring with me. I noticed they had a printer so I was more thinking «okay I don’t mind to pay 20 – 40 cents to print a page out.» So I opened the Internet browser and printed a page, total approx about 30 second. Guess what? They charged me $ 2.75 for printing one page in 30 seconds. And there is no sign about the charge anywhere near the printer. I asked the lady and the only thing she can say to me is «we are providing a service.» I guess it’s a very fancy expensive printer.
I should have known better. I thought they will be more like price for Kinko. Since I already printed it, I paid for it. But honestly this is a ripe-​off without telling. If I have known how they charge, I will go to the Safeway next door to print it.

I buy & sell things online frequently and I go to this store to drop off my packages with prepaid labels and occasionally get some items packed & shipped. I’ve never had to wait excessively long, and they always make sure to print out a receipt to ensure I have some kind of confirmation they received the package to be sent out.
No complaints on the UPS service either, my packages get there on time or faster which is great. Kinda not in their hands after they leave the store but I’m glad they can give me an estimated breakdown of each arrival date for different services they offer.
I don’t know if I’m simplistic, more patient or have a lower expectation after the long wait & stupidity of the post office but I’m far more satisfied with my service here.

I thought they did good. They did what I needed them to, and within the time frame that I needed. I was on a time crunch and needed a large document comb-​bound, and they were able to deliver. Pricing was not bad, either– I paid about $ 7 when I know that Office Depot/​Max charges way more (and probably for comparable service and quality).
This is one of those reviews where I guess it all depends on how the business was able to meet your individual needs. So many other folks reviewed this place so negatively, but I have to admit– I was quite happy with the turnout.

This is such a crappy place. Not even sure why there were hella people here like its the place to be. The two people that were working were in a rush to get everyone in and out and I’d like it if you, lady in teal, do not dig in my paperwork for the necessary paper. I’m a completely competent person. Thanks.
I guess you can go here to get what you need done but don’t expect great service. If I could have chose any other UPS store to go to besides this place, I would.
I’ve never been more annoyed by a place before and this sure as hell hits the spot.
Lady in teal, you hurt my fingers as you were doing my livescan. If you were coming to a ups place to do this, please pass and find some other place because they don’t really give two sh/​ts about what they are doing. I tried very hard to hold my tongue with this place.
