Thi Hoang, DDS

Was referred here by a friend about a year ago. If you were like me and had bad experience with dentists (which then made you not see one for 3+years…), you’ll be happy you made an appointment here! Since my first visit, I have been visiting every 6 months for check ups.
The staff members are all extremely knowledgable and provide excellent customer service. They explain everything and make you feel more at ease about dental health.
I have recommended this place to many of my friends and they say they also satisfied with the care they receive. Thank you so much Thi Hoang DDS!

Was back today and once again VERY pleased with the entire office. Dr Hoang staffs the friendliest ladies who obviously love their jobs. She is so gentle and calm with the little ones and friendly and welcoming to everyone. I can’t say enough good things. They have current technology, and simply ROCK at what they do! Thanks Mowry Dental for your care of me, my husband and our children!!!

The entire staff is absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming to Mowry Dental for about 3 years now, so I’ve met the whole crew and have seen both Dr. Hoang and Dr. Patel for treatment. They are the most genuine group of girls. You can tell how much they enjoy what they do and how much they care about their patients. Plus the office is super cute and up to date with technology! I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Hoang and her team made my first visit to the dentist as enjoyable and informative as can be. This was my first time going to the dentist in a few years and during my check up, they mentioned that I had to have some fillings done. During the whole process, they made sure I was comfortable and at ease. And by comfortable, I mean you have the option to use the massage chair, listen to music, or even use their sunglasses to prevent any minor sprinkling. I would recommend Dr. Hoang to any of my close family/​friends because of how professional, friendly and caring they are towards their patients :).

Always a great experience coming here to see these ladies. Everyone is super professional and I am always in and out on time. I love seeing Dr. Patel, she is great and always explains what she is doing thoroughly. I also love the Vaseline they put on your lips before they start to prevent them from drying! I will continue to refer my friends and family. Thanks ladies!

Dr. Hoang and her team are wonderful. They are always very friendly, and provide great feedback on how to care for my teeth, such as letting me know the status of my receding gum lines for each tooth. Also this is an extremely child friendly dental office. My 3 year old loves coming here and even asks to go to the dentist again. Her staff is great with kids, and helped keep my daughter engaged with coloring activities while I was getting my teeth cleaned. I highly recommend this dental office, for you and your kids!

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Hoang and her staff for 2 years now and I must say the best feeling is walking in and everyone treating you like family! I ask a lot of questions about my teeth thanks to the education I receive about my teeth at every visit. I always get the answer I’m looking for without feeling like I’m being annoying. I have now seen all the hygienists at this office and every single one of them are great so I never have an issue making an appointment. I also love seeing Dr. Patel, she is very professional and knowledgeable. The assistants are great at making you feel comfortable when getting any work done. I love the little things they offer like the sunglasses to shield the light from getting into your eyes, to the noise cancelling headphones and the paraffin wax for my dry hands. Overall, Dr. Hoang has the perfect team of ladies to help meet your dental needs! :)

I have been going to Dr. Thi Hoang for the past 2 years, Her clinic staff are the best. They are very flexible with appointment schedule, payment or any other special need. I haven’t been disappointed for a single time.

Dr. Hoang has a wonderfully calming personality. The staff is very friendly, family oriented, professional & knowledgeable. The office has an up to date serene spa like atmosphere wich is just perfect for my anxiety about dental work. All rooms are immaculate. Everyone at this office has a lot of patience & excellent with children as well as adults. Appointment scheduling is also on point. A+ for sure!

I’d describe the staff, quality of care, and the office as: clean, professional, friendly, kind, respectful, on time (I’m consistently in and out for a cleaning in 1 hour), patient, thorough, informative, transparent, up to date on the most recent knowledge and technology in the field…
Examples of how stellar the customer service aspect of their office is: they put vaseline on during your visit so your lips don’t get all crackly during the cleaning and provide sunglasses so the light doesn’t blind you. They’ve been especially careful with me since I have a history of jaw dislocation and dentist visits can be extremely painful due to just having to hold my mouth open.
I’ve been going here for 3 years, since I moved to the Tri-​City area. My entire family is extremely pleased with how attentive they are to how you’re feeling when you’re sitting in the chair and how genuinely they care for your oral health. I really appreciate how they go the extra mile to make the dentist as enjoyable as possible.
Oh, and if you aren’t already convinced… they have CAKE BATTER-​flavored polish. It seriously tastes like frosting. Deal breaker.

Dr. Hoang, Dr. Patel and the entire team are great! My children, ages 6, 5 and 3 love coming to see them and the staff has always been able to treat them without any problems. Their office is state of the art and they keep up with current technology and trends to provide their patients with the best service. I find them to be honest and upfront with costs and benefits, booking appointments are quick and easy and I love their ability to send me reminders by email or text.

Ok so I owe Mowry Dental so much money and they’re still giving me wonderful customer service!!!
I haven’t been to the dentist in like 5 years so I wanted to make sure I get a gentle touch. Recently I got 2 root canals (in 1 day BTW) and a temporary crown. I didn’t feel anything. They’re awesome.

My wife and I moved to Fremont 3 years ago and have since been loyal customer of Mowry Dental.
Everyone here is nice, friendly and professional. During the office visit, our teeth will be thoroughly examined and they always give us great advices on making our teeth even better. And in the middle the process, they would pay great attention on how you feel and help us reduce the anxiety. It’s also worth mentioning that they have massage chair, which makes us more relaxing :-) Even in the phone/​email communication, they are also always friendly, accurate and responsive.
It’s also worth mentioning that my wife and I are both doing the invisalign here. They’ve been so experienced in this and before/​during the procedure, my wife and I were given tons of useful tips and expected symptoms (as well as the ways to alleviate them). Now after the process, we love our smiles more than ever!
Now my wife and I have moved out of Fremont. But we’d highly recommend this dentistry to anyone live in this area.

First off, I don’t even like the dentist. It freaks me out. I just don’t like people even touching any part of my mouth or teeth. Dr. Thi Hoang and Janelle is my absolute favorite. They really care for my well being and for my teeth. I definitely believe they treat you like they are your own family. Everyone is so friendly and all the staff members seem to love their job. I’ve came in my first time to get my old composite Bracket glue polished off, I was so embarrassed because I took my braces off myself and have been dealing with yellow squares on my teeth. dr Hoang was glad to help me out and didn’t judge me for removing my own braces (lol) I then came back for a new patient exam cleaning and X-​rays. Janelle saw me and she was super nice and gentle. She took the time to answer all my questions and Educate me on my teeth and how to Better take care of them. I now understand why flossing is so important! If you are looking for an honest caring and sincere dental office. This is the best place. I haven’t been to an office in nearly 8 years and now I can’t wait to go back for my next cleaning. I highly recommend dr Hoang, Janelle and rest of the staff for your next dental office. They will become your dental family ;D

I came here a few years ago for a basic cleaning and checkup.
The staff is so amazing that they ended up becoming my sole dental practice for everything! I even got invisalign with them (top rated provider!).
Now that I’m living in Napa, they are still my Invisalign provider and I don’t mind the drive back down to Fremont to get more trays if it means I get to continue to be their patient.
Everytime I go in, Amanda greets with a huge smile, I see Sharon for a quick eval, and Dr. Hoang immediately sees me with very little time wasted. The staff has everything down to a science.

I’ve been coming to this office for the past two years. It’s a great office and their staff is very friendly.
The office I used to go to I always left with my teeth in major pain but here I feel little to no pain and the process of cleaning my teeth doesn’t hurt as much.
They also found a bad cavity that my old dentist did not find for several months. It went unnoticed to the point that I almost needed a root canal.
Anyways, I love Dr. Hoang and her staff.

I find dr. Hoang’s office the most thorough dental office I’ve ever been.
I’m very please with the care provide! Super nice and friendly staff– whom are all pretty and always greet me with the most beautiful and genuine smiles!
The whole team are very knowledgeable.
They answers all my questions promptly and always making sure I’m comfortable.
Had my exam, cleaning and some fillings… the whole experience was pain free– even the injections didn’t hurt!-coming from someone who would freak out seeing the needle!
Brought my daughter and niece there, a 2y/​o and a 3y/​o– both were very scared to see the dentist-​from watching nemo!- somehow they managed to get the kids in the chair, opened their mouth, AND cleaned their teeth! Quite magical!!!
I love this place! Can’t wait until my next appointment!

Dr. Hoang and the whole crew are the best. I never dread a trip to the dentist. They’re on top of everything and I’m always reminded when I have an appointment.
They take the time to talk to you and explain everything and make sure you’re taking care of your teeth.
The best part of the cleaning is the cake batter polish. That stuff is delicious. I wish they had some ice cream fluoride though. Dessert at the dentist please :)

I am a new patient, and normally very stressed about going to the dentist, but I had a very easy and gentle cleaning and was very pleased with the amount of information that was shared with me.
