We recently purchased a condo in Bay Area and Tim was our agent. First of all, Tim is a very friendly person and full of knowledge who was able to assist us on purchasing home from start to end. Since I was a first home buyer, I didn’t have any experience and knowledge on several different areas during purchasing a home. But Tim was always available to explain and encourage where we were very comfortable working with him and start understanding these processes. I would give him top/​high score on how he assisted us… and he is a very hard worker! If anyone who wants buy home, I definitely recommend Tim as your agent. I also look forward to work with him.

I recently purchased a house for a great price in Northern San Jose thanks to Tim. He made the process of buying a home smooth and painless. All I did was tell Tim which houses I wanted to place offers on, and he did all the competitive analysis and prepared all the paperwork for me to sign. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Tim was patient with me and explained everything clearly. I was able to find a house within 3 months of looking. That’s quite an accomplishment considering most people take almost a year… and that’s when there more affordable houses available. Tim was able to negotiate the price of the house down to something me and my wife could afford. The final price ended up being lower than the appraised value! If you’re looking take the guesswork out of buying a new house, hire Tim as your agent!
