I’ve used this place to pay my bill before quite a few times. My problem with them is the merchandise they sell. I purchased a battery for a prior phone from them last year sometime and it wasn’t a good battery. I ended up going to a real metro pcs store and THAT battery worked great in my phone. A few days ago i bought 3 chargers from the store. These chargers Suck! My phone had been charging since 10 pm… it is now 2:25 am and this phone is at 74% …super slow charge. My daughters charger for her iphone isnt working at all. She said the guy pulled the charger out the drawer and it wasnt in any pkg, but wrapped up. Hmmmm doesnt sound new to me. Not very happy with our buys. I think i should have just went to T-​Mobile to buy my charger its worth it.
