Vatsal was prompt in responding to Unilocal request. Was able to set up time quickly and was available at scheduled time. Was in and out in 10 mins. Will definitely use again if need arises. Had some out of state docs to notarize and Vatsal new the process and sign relevant California attachments.

I called before hand because Vatsal and I discussed payment method.
However, after speaking to my CEO, we decided to set another date for him to come out. I called him 20 minutes before hand and I advised that I was sorry, but my CTO was not hear to sign a check off for him. Vatsal advised that it would be fine and he would go ahead and accept another method of payment in which we spoke about.
Vatsal than showed up to our office, very nice. Offer him water and advised our CEO just stepped out, and would not be back for the next 20 to 30 minutes. I assumed, Vatsal would leave and get upset.
However, that never happen. He said that was fine and sat until my CEO returned.
I highly recommend this place. All business should call Vatsel for his services as he was prompt, affordable and completely understand in matter.
Any future notary services I will def. be calling his services to our office again.

If you want a notary at 7pm on a Sunday evening, Vatsal Shah is your guy ! He has a distant uncle (asians would understand what I mean) kind of vibe, that might offend some people. Yes, his ‘office’ is a sunroom in the back of his house and he doesn’t wear shoes inside his house. If you care about a ‘professional’ feel, need to be addressed ‘sir’ and are willing to pay double the price, go to UPS by all means. And Oh, did I mention that UPS is not open on a Sunday, let alone 7pm in the evening?

I have been visiting Vatsal Shah for past 2 years and he is really nice and available any time esp late nights. he is just a phone call away. I have called him in the late evenings /​early mornings /​weekends as well and he is available anay time and he is very friendly. His charges are also very reasonable. I strongly recommend Mr Shah for any kind of notary service for Passsport, Visa, PIO, OCI, GC and immigration related documents notary work.

I called and they picked up right away. From the start he was ver rude and u professional. I gave it a shot after he told me to «come now» when I got there he told me he had to take off to an appointment. I really wanted to get my documents notarized so we set up an appointment for an hour away. I waited until the appointment and when I came to the address it was his personal home. Felt very out of place and his son and I just looked at each other for the longest time. He didn’t know how to take a message or direct me to the right person that I needed to get my documents notarized. His mother called him and she passed me the phone. I got an apology an another offer for reappointment for 30 – 60 mins from then. I was very unhappy from the horrible service provided and constant waiting on top of dealing with his rude English. Save your self the trouble and go to UPS. Only $ 5 more but a world difference there.

Mr Shah was nice and open late. It’s out of his house and didn’t mind helping a small local business. He has a hash Indian accent so had to really try to understand him, but got through with no issues. Can beat his prices either. Good work Mr Shah

We had to get a few documents notarized. Got it done here in half the cost of getting it done in UPS. We just called Mr Shah he gave us an appointment and we were out of there in 10 mins. Will definitely recommend Mr Shah to anyone looking to get documents notarized.

My husband had to get a few documents notarized asap which were very important as we had to send them across at the earliest. He found this contact on Unilocal & we got the notary done at 12.15am. It was very helpful for us as our documents were notarized at a very nominal price & at the right time when it was required. Also, I would like to mention that we just dropped in there without an appointment as we were in a hurry & left a message and he was kind enough to call us back when he returned as he was on his way back at 11.30pm (after working hours).We were pleased with his service & recommend Mr. Shah’s services.

It’s the best experience I can ask for. It was saturday night around 8PM, I really had to get a doc notarized and all the usual place that I know off were closed. I searched Unilocal and he was the only person available at that time of the day. I immediately called and scheduled for an appt. I arrived an hr late as I was caught up with other issues oops sorry! but he was very polite, friendly and got the job done in 5 mins btw he only charged $ 5 per document. I totally recommend using his service any day!

Called him for his services. Kind of unprofessional and I didn’t really get a good idea of what was actually going on. His son answered and didn’t know how to take a message and didn’t offer to take down a number to have his dad call me back. Anyways, I continued to Unilocal on and ended up using Navdeep’s services in Fremont — she is listed on Unilocal under the business name of «Rotary Circle.» She was highly reliable and responsive and charges a very nominal fee for notarizing.
