Virtual Assistant Tal​ent​.com was established by John Davern, Jr., MBA as a result of his own experience and business needs. John became involved in real estate investing while still in the corporate world so he quickly saw the need and importance of leveraging his time most effectively. As a result, he began using Virtual Assistant Talent to help support and grow his real estate business, thus practicing what he preaches. Now he is using what he has learned to help others improve their businesses and quality of life through Vir​tu​alAs​sis​tant​Tal​ent​.com.

Meet the Business Owner

John D.

Business Owner

John has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Labor Law. He is an expert at understanding business staffing needs, identifying the core competencies required for success in those positions, and developing pre-​employment testing and screening to identify qualified talent. As a corporate recruiter located in Silicon Valley, he was solely responsible for filling 180+ positions annually and has filled well over 1000+ job openings. John is also trained in General Electric’s Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Toyota’s Global Problem Solving, which further helps him identify and understand businesses needs/​processes, and make recommendations. John is also the Managing Principal of Bay Area Home Buyers, LLC and GP Investment Network, LLC, which buys, sells, and holds real estate.
