Wayne Leung – State Farm Insurance Agent

after receiving horrible service and flat-​out wrong advice from State Farm agent Vickie Stephens and her daughter (since Vickie herself has her teenage son and daughter do all the work) I was ready to quit State Farm entirely. Luckily for the company, Wayne Leung is the opposite of Vickie Stephens. I have been happy to send my money to him.

Wayne is an agent who works for his clients, and I am glad that I made the switch. My insurance policies were transferred to a new agent who brought the office that I worked with for several years. Good news for the new agent because he now «owned» my home, auto, and life insurance polices; bad news for me because the new agent kept nagging me for several months because he also wanted an opportunity to also to review my existing 401k portfolio held at another institution to sell me mutual funds.
Exasperated with this treatment, Wayne was the voice of calm and reason as he walked me through the agent transfer process, even to the point of getting me on a conference call with the State Farm agent transfer office when my written and verbal requests to change my State Farm policies to Wayne were actually being ignored by my «pesky» other agent.
Rather than hustling me for more business, Wayne has spent time to discuss my personal insurance requirements, especially his explanation of life insurance policies that made me aware of my options.
Thanks Wayne, for restoring my trust and confidence in State Farm.

I’ve been using Wayne for my home insurance as well as car insurance for over 5 years now. He is very responsive and offers great customer service. He handles all requests in a very timely manner whether it’s by phone or e-​mail. One time I was i the middle of a car purchase and could not compete my transaction without a current insurance card (which I forgot to bring). I called Wayne and he was on his way to dinner, 5 minutes later he pulled over from his car and e-​mailed me a copy of my proof of insurance so I can complete my transaction at dealership. This is what I call great customer service! I have recommended him to multiple family members and everyone is satisfied customer of Wayne’s!

Wayne is a very responsive and friendly agent.
I’ve had him as our agent since we moved to California, and have had no complaints at all.
After waiting for what-​felt-​like-​forever to get to a DMV agent, i was told i needed to fax my Proof of Insurance to DMV in order to register our vehicles. I called Wayne standing there, and he took care of it right after my phone call, so my long-​DMV visit did not go waste.
I’ve never had to file a claim, but I’m confident on Wayne’s capability to help me with one, if i had to file one.

Wayne is very knowledgeable and experienced. I recently worked with a
lender whom I never worked with before for purchasing a property.
During the process, Wayne pointed out that something didn’t seem right
in terms of the insurance requirements and made suggestions. I talked
to the lender of what Wayne suggested and they assured me everything was
just fine; no changes were needed. Wayne was right. On the day of the
closing, it turned out the insurance coverage wasn’t enough. Thank god;
Wayne worked tirelessly with me on that day for few hours making sure my
closing could go through. I just can’t thank Wayne enough for his
enthusiasm and professionalism.

Personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Wayne is very responsive via phone or email, and any questions I have get answered very quickly. Highly recommended.

Wayne is soo good. I wouldn’t want any other State Farm agent — what everyone else said was right on. I can call him anytime and he is on top of it. One example: I was getting some work done on my car and the dealership was going to give me a rental to drive in the meantime. I didn’t have an up-​to-​date insurance card on me. I called Wayne and he had the card faxed over in less than 10 minutes. He would have emailed it if that would have been better for the dealership.
If you are like me and have too many things going on, it is hard to stay on top of everything. Wayne makes my life easier because my insurance is one less thing to worry about. When I bought my house, I wasn’t able to get State Farm because I had a prior claim but luckily, Wayne’s wife is a Farmer’s agent :-) and I get the same level of service with her!
If you are in the market for an insurance agent, you can’t go wring with Wayne.

), Wayne has been the light at the end of the tunnel.
Unlike Becky River’s office, Wayne manages all clients himself, so you don’t have to deal — frankly speaking — with unqualified staff. Wayne is extremely proactive and reaches out to you. He is open, honest, and something that I’m particularly appreciative of, he has spent a lot of time and energy fixing the complex mess that I inherited from Becky River’s office. And one more thing, I’m amazed at Wayne’s ability to remember details about your policies when you call him!
If you’re looking for a State Farm agent in Fremont, definitely give Wayne a try.

Wayne should conduct a class so he can teach all the other insurance agents how to do their job. Wayne is very knowledgeable about all different types of insurance. He can always respond with a reasonable answer and gave his best advises. And I was shocked how accessable he is. I can call @ 8pm or 8 am, he always answer the phone and he always, always know who I am. He makes me feel like a person, not just a policy on his desk. I never felt pressure to buy anything, he is answer your question and give his advise when asked to.
Wayne is SUPER!!!
