I went there twice. 1st I ordered a bed. It was so flawless to purchase it and have it delivered we went back a 2nd time and bought 2 dressers. Jacky is awesome and the whole staff is friendly. After the nightmares I had dealing with other stores it’s nice to know you can have an easy time with World

It’s unfortunate to see the low reviews on here for World Furniture Gallery. We walked in looking specifically for some furniture we had seen in catalogs in other stores(Alpine, Coasters, etc). These guys were able to beat the pricing inclusive of tax, and also deliver and set up for no charge. Most of the styles on the floor weren’t to our liking, but spend a bit of time with the catalogs and you’re sure to find what you’re looking for! Of the three items ordered, only the bed was backordered and delayed in arriving. It turned out that the 2 to 4 week wait time ended up being more like 6 to 8 weeks with no delivery date in sight. We ended up reaching out to the store and cancelling the bed order, and were promptly issued a refund with no hassle. Everything else we ordered looks great! We’d shop here again — the catalogs are the way to go!

These are probably the worst furniture guys around. I bought furniture for whole of my house from here in June 2014. My order included — sofa set, love seat, coffee table, dining set, TV stand, bed, side table and a chest. The sales guy initially sweet talked, promised complete warranty and made a list of things on a rough sheet with pricing details. After I confirmed that everything looked fine they went on to make the final receipt. I trusted them so didn’t pay attention to details on the final receipt on that day. BIGMISTAKE! When they delivered, TV stand was missing. They sneakily excluded the TV stand from the final list but kept overall price same! I went to their shop and talked to the sales guy and manager. Both of them refused point blank that they ever sold TV stand to me. Instead they starting shouting and bad mouthing me! Thankfully, I had taken a pic of the rough sheet with all the details on it. Since I managed to have a proof they had to agree and deliver the TV stand in the end. WORST experience ever! I would highly recommend you to stay away from them! Now after about 7 – 8 months, their recliner sofa has gone bad. I went to them to show what’s wrong(made a video and clicked photos). The customer service was again pretty bad! They first said it’s not under warranty. I had to point out the date on receipt to show that it is! Then they said they can’t do anything and I need to send the sofa back to manufacturer! Which is outrageous! After a lot of back and forth they told me to just bring the sofa to them and they will send it to manufacturer who may or may not fix it! DONOT shop here if you want a reliable customer service! If you decide to buy, DOCUMENT and RECORD everything. Even make a video of your conversation if you can.

Wish there was negative star rating possible for this store. Horrible customer service, the sales team sweet talks as if they will take good care and promise lot of things. The customer service I had to talk to due to damaged part delivered were horrible to talk to. Instead of discussing how the issue was and what they can do to fix it, they just start accusing I damaged it. Poor team overall, from top to bottom… I preferred to fix the problem on my own than deal with this horrible store. Don’t buy from this store!!!

Sketchy! Angry salesmen who watch you like a hawk, as if you’re going to sneak out the back door with a couch. I was scolded like a four-year-old for taking a photo. Why no photos? What are they trying to hide? Super low prices? Hardly. It’s probably stolen furniture.

They are good performers. They looks friendly before you made the purchase, after you pay your money, they don’t even want to talk to you. For my case, they delayed my table delivery for 2 months, uses all kinds of excuses to delay it and now they are not responding. Really sucks.

I was told for a delivery on Friday in a time window between 4pm and 7pm. I took half day off from work and stay home wait for the delivery, nothing happened. I called there and was confirmed a delivery will be made later because the delivery guys were from Daly City, and will be a little late since there’s traffic. Then by 8pm, still no delivery and no call. I called the store again and they have all gone already. I then gave up by 9pm. I receive no call at all the about the delivery until next day(Saturday) around 11am, and I was told that the delivery guy was in accident. OK I take it, then they said it will be delivered by 1pm on Saturday, and then by 12:45 I received no call, and I called them again, and they said by 1:20pm, and then I told them it has to be arrived by 1:30 because I had a doctor appointment by 2pm, and the guy said for sure by 2pm my sofa will be delivered. Then I mentioned again, I have appointment by 2 and you deliver at 2!!! WTF then ok the delivery guy arrived with a pickup truck and with just one person! WTFFFF I told Jerry guy that my home has stairs, and eventually I had to move my hands help the person move the sofa up the stairs! This is a complete fu**k up experience! I tip the guy because he doesn’t know a crap, but stay the F away from this omfg place! I had deliveries from some other furniture next door of them right at the corner, and their guys were fast and helpful. And the most important was on time! And even with IKEA, they delivered on time too! Stay away from this omfg company! You will regret! Also, they said to tip the guy with $ 20, LOL who tip me for helping them move sofa up to my home!!! My worst experience ever!

Too bad you can’t give zero stars. Called these guys to see if they could sell me a twin bed boxspring and frame. Refused to give any prices over the phone, or even describe what they had in stock. I told him that if he wasn’t willing to give me an idea of pricing over the phone, that there was no way I was willing to drive to see them(that’s why I called, duh…). No dice, so no business. One the plus side, their lack of service did motivate me to write this not-so-glowing Unilocal review, so this will hopefully assist other shoppers out there.

Have bought lots of furniutre from these folks. Good service and they do stick behind their warranty. Spring came out on the bed they took care of it. Would reccomend to check this place out if you need some new stuff for your place.
