Specialties
At Pulp Vegetarian Café and Juice Bar, we specialize in super healthy vegetarian and vegan food. Our inventive sandwiches are served on a delicious millet and flax (truly!) Gluten-Free bread that contains no guar gum, tapioca, or other fillers. We use only Non-GMO ingredients, and start every dish with only whole ingredients. Most of our food is organic and we buy local whenever possible. We use no soy oil and the tofu and tempeh we serve are organic. We love supporting the healthy living lifestyle so many people are living, and are proud to answer the needs of diverse diets! Our juices and smoothies are out of sight, using, of course, no additives.
History
Established in 2015.
We opened our doors in January of 2015 and have been having fun serving whole vegetarian and vegan food and green juices and green and fruit smoothies since.

Business Owner
Stephanie has a background in the local food movement and a passion for healthy food and living. She is happy to offer many many Gluten Free and Vegan options as she sees a need for diverse diets in not only her customers but in the population as a whole. She loves creating food that makes people feel good after eating it, which is probably the number two thing she hears from her customers – «I feel so good after eating at Pulp!» The first is «This is so delicious, how do you do it?»
