107th Precinct

If I could leave no stars I would. I got a criminal ticket for no letters on my van the lady cop continued to tell me how she was doing me a favor. Really a favor by giving me a criminal ticket for a moving violation what a joke

I really can’t tell you what a pain it has been dealing with this place. I contact this precinct to file a report and they told me they would be there as soon as possible. I waited at my house for 6 hours, to the point where i had to call them back 3 different times.
I finally got up and drove to the precinct. Once i got there the i asked where i can file a report. The officer asked what i was reporting and I told him something was stolen. His first response to me back was «Are you sure you didn’t lose it? «…
Finally they sent me into a room with a lady with the last name Clifton, she wrote up the report and marked it as lost… when she asked me 5 times where was the item stolen…
I would literally travel out of my way then pay a visit to this precinct even though it is 5 mins away from my house.

Wish I could give NO stars. I came to this precinct for help and they had no idea what to do with my problem. Cyber laws… well, there really isn’t any, so a lot of cyber crimes are happening. I’m not going to put my entire sob story on here, but will say that these people didn’t help me.
Upon entering, I felt weird and out of place, anxious and even scared. The cop up front gave me a strange look. I spoke first since this officer just kept staring. I asked about who I can speak with regarding harrassment issues. He directed me to a Detective Price. I sat with her for no more than a half hour just for her to tell me she couldnt do anything about it.
She gave me a complaint number. I told her i was afraid that this person was going to hurt me physically and gave her his last known address. She then asked me if i had his phone number because the address wasn’t good enough. I showed her email after email of the threats and everything my stalker has done, and said the best thing was to give me a number.
Towards the end, i asked her what that number would do to protect me… and she scoffed at me. I walked outa there hating life. I was directed to the 107^th after going to the 103^rd. Both places are crappy, and they treat you like crap. This was in 2008.
They all have a power complex, and it’s no wonder that people hate the police. You ask for help, and they ignore you. They only care about their pensions and the fact that they have a shield and gun — the people I dealt with are undeserving of it. It’s a shame that these are the people who represent all others that made an oath to serve and protect when they clearly haven’t even attempted to help me. How many others have they turned away?
At some point, i will get the strength to go back with my cyber harrassment, threats and cyberbullying complaints. I hope that there are some kind of laws that are in place by now or that they have a cyber crimes unit or something. Other than that, I’ve never been so disappointed in the police. They’ve badly represented for good police… way to go, 107^th and 103^rd.
