I’m a vegetarian but I was craving some Arby’s the other night… for the fries lol. I always get the same thing. The loaded curly fries(minus the bacon). The fries are yummy and so filling. No matter how full I get I always have room for the Jamoca milk shake. Definitely a must have. Although I don’t come here often because I try to eat healthy but this place is great and the service is always quick and easy.

I liked arbys curly fries so much until now. I found a stripe of curly hair in my fries this morning. I’ll never go to arbys again. But tbh their new orange shake was good

After seeing so many Arby’s commercials on TV. «Arby’s! We have the meats!» My co-workers in Long Island are frequently raving about good fast food there. So I figure. Why not.I’ll give it a try. After all, there’s one conveniently located in Fresh Meadows. One morning, I decide to make the trip before work. Drive in to the small-ish parking lot. Walk in and the place is quite busy. A mixture of kids from nearby Francis Lewis High School and other patrons. They have a pretty large menu: Angus Steak, Corn Beef, Roast Beef, Brisket, Ham, chopped salads, chicken, fish, turkey, curly fries, etc. I tried the Reuben Corn Beef on marbled rye bread. It tasted pretty good. I would definitely get it again. I also saw a video a few months ago about how Arby’s Roast Beef is made. supposedly they are shipped to the Arby’s location in liquid form and then cooked into a solid. I included a link to the Youtube video below.

TOOMUCHFOOD! If it’s a school day and around lunch, there will be a lot of the students from the nearby high school hanging out here. So if that’s not your ideal lunch environment, take a trip through their drive thru or take out. I decided to splurge for a meal set(burger, fries and a drink) which was about $ 10. There aren’t many drink options to choose from if you don’t want to drink soda(only lemonade). The curly fries are still top notch as usual. I mean you can literally eat just fries for a meal(not that that would be a good idea but hey we all have cravings). The burger was definitely filling. I just wish there was a way that all the middle part of the burger didn’t fall out as I was eating it. I got the roast beef stack(?) and the sauce saved the sandwich.

This was a very disappointing experience. It was my first time trying Arby’s and will definitely be the last. The food was slow and didn’t taste good at all.

I’m just curious … when is it ok for the manager to toss a customers food at him, grunt, and walk away? Customer Service 101. Acknowledge the customer. Thank the customer. Don’t toss the bag of food at me and grunt. This is about as low class as it gets … oh, I forget … you work at Arby’s.

This was my first time ordering Arby’s. My friend suggested it since she’s a regular. The guy taking my order was very patient due to the fact that I was so indecisive and didn’t know what to get. He made my first experience a good one. I ordered the bacon chicken burger and curly fries. The burger was very delicious and the meat/chicken was well seasoned. I loved the effect of the bacon on the sand which. The fries were very delicious and crunchy. So full of flavor. I definitely want to come back and try other things from the menu over a period of time. Where have you been all my life Arby’s?

One of my favorite fast food chains. It’s what you expect, roast beef and curly fries. Nothing fancy, relatively cheap and I love their $ 1 turnovers and shakes: D

Its Arbys, what can you say… its Arbys. I was just wanting a little bit of the good olé days when the Arbys had that big hat sign out front with all the lights around it. Oh those long gone days where the Arbys sauce and the Horsey Sauce were in bottles not little packets. It was a share night with a coupon, so we split the special deal of two small roast beef, two fries and two drinks. The roast beef was whatever it was, mystery salty meat, the fries were hot and curly, but the drinks were messed up. Something was seriously wrong with the soda machine. Not enough syrup for the carbonated water. I mentioned this to one of the employees and he looked at me like I had 3 eyes and a 4 noses. I just tossed the drink. G was still hungry so he went and purchased the corned beef slider. He said it was awful. I said, go put some Horsey sauce on it. He went on the adventure of the Arbys looking for mustard, but settled for the Horsey sauce. G said the bun with the Horsey Sauce would have been better than the corned beef. Hey, what do you expect, this is Arbys not Katz’s deli. I would say my wish for nostalgia was not fulfilled. 2 stars for small sandwiches and bad drink machines. The hot curly fries brought the score up from 1 star.

Usually okay service for linch but today the manager was rude as hell. No customer service in her. Didn’t let me finish my order just keep asking for my name. Seemed like she did not want to be working. She shouldn’t be.

Beef and cheddar apparently sounds like chicken salad sandwich. Got my order wrong. Not only that but they served me food I had allergies to the ingredients. Check your food before you leave. Update: After several calls they picked up the phone and are making amends by offering the correct meal at a later date. At least some sound practices on the managers part.

We had a nice lunch here on Friday. My husband had the brisket sandwich with curly fries combo and an order of onion rings. I had the pecan chicken salad sandwich with the new bag of chips combo. We both had soda. We liked Arby’s because you can go up and get as much beverage as you want. They have good beverage choices. We liked all of the sauces that you can take and put on your fries and sandwiches. I liked the new bag of chips. I also enjoyed the pecan chicken salad sandwich. My husband liked the Brisket sandwich and curly fries and onion rings. School did not start yet so we were able to enjoy our lunch with the locals. We did watch the TV on the wall. It is a nice place to go to or lunch. It was about $ 10 per person. We did not use any coupons. Once school starts you will have all the high school students in this place. The noise level will be high and it will be better if you get your food to go. It may be hard to find a booth. I wish they had napkins that customers can take for themselves. We were given 4 napkins for the both of us. Bring your own napkins with you. This is a good place for a fast lunch. There were good choices on the menu. You could have a salad and a diet coke if you want to. We were tired of the same old Burger places. They have turkey and chicken too. I like the choice of the market sandwiches. They have good sides. Try this place.

Terrible service. This used to be my place back in high school but I won’t be coming back again :(refused to acknowledge the existence of me and my best friend. Oh I’m sorry… I didn’t know that if a customer needs to place an order that they will just be left to stand there forever. Let’s see if that would even fly at a real establishment. If you don’t want to help me then you can at least say something.

There overnight crew needs to be fired, screwed up my order! Over charged me! Didn’t give me a receipt! And had me walking back and fourth in the rain at 3 am to rectify the situation cause their phone number is b.s. Best believe I’ll be back in the day time to have it out with a manager. I mean how busy does it get a 2−3am with two whole vehicles in your drive thru? Follow up, I had a discussion with Bibi(a manager) like I said I would. No one else maybe anymore but, I’m a man of integrity, and a man of my word! The conversation was cordial, and I expressed my utter disgust with the service. Not the product, or the franchise. It was a simple as not performing properly during those off peak, when the job should’ve been extremely easy to perform given the lack of costumers. I was offered complimentary what have you(‘s) but, I declined. I’m not about a free sandwich, not trying get anyone fired either but, you’ve gotta be accountable even working a «Mc Job!»

While I like the Arby’s Markey Fresh Sandwiches I am about to go on a rant about a new item I just saw on the menu. Gyro’s? NOOOO! Oh no you didn’t! One does not simply put deli meat on a pita bread and call it a gyro. This is not a real gyro. I am not even Greek but I am offended on behalf of all Greek people everywhere! Aside from that the chicken sandwiches aren’t too bad but those and the turkey is all I will ever eat here. The rest of the meats look super processed and unappetizing. What is cool is the fact that I am always getting bogo coupons in the mail from them. Those pretty much run you a little over 5 dollars for two sandwiches which is great for a inexpensive meal on the go. The Horsey sauce is the bomb, I put it on everything! Not really a fan of the curly fries. The shakes are bad ass when they have a promotion good flavor. The last time I went all they had was Orange Cream which I’d imagine is pretty gross. The salted caramel shake needs to make a comeback, I could drink myself sick on those. Free refills on the drinks, plenty of sauces available to go around. Before and after school hours you can find this place mobbed with Francis Lewis High School kids hanging out but on the weekends it’s not so bad and the drive through moves pretty quickly.

I came here yesterday with my sister after watching Fast and Furious 7(which was just perfect!) and decided to grab a bite before hopping on the 30 on our way back home. We ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwiches and 2 small orders of curly fries. Their curly fries are to die for! The chicken in the sandwiches was soft and tender. However, the bacon in the sandwiches were as hard as rock. I felt like I was swallowing a plastic spoon or something. The place was pretty packed, as well. So, I made my order to go. Overall, it’s a clean restaurant and has a friendly environment.

When it comes to Arby’s, I have no self-control or humility. There are no locations in Manhattan, so I beg and plead my commuter friends with cars to take me. No matter where I visit, following«is it dog-friendly?» the next thing I ask is «what about Arby’s?» It’s my kryptonite, and I have no idea why, because it has no childhood significance, and I know that this isn’t good Roast Beef. I’ve had awesome roast beef in restaurants, and I make amazing roast beef at home, but Arby’s is a thing unto itself, and I love it. Right off the highway, in the middle of nowhere, this location is very clean with ample indoor seating and even outdoor seating which is dog-friendly! It’s got everything! Roast Beef, Max, Onion Roll(substitution), Three Pepper Sauce, and I’m in absolutely heaven. A side of Jalapeño Poppers, and I’m in bliss-overload — but be sure to avoid the weird sugary Bronco Berry Sauce they serve it with, ask for Ranch Sauce instead! Also the Onion Rings and Mozzarella Sticks are decent. And the bathrooms are clean!

I ordered the Grand Turkey Club Meal with Onion Rings and Orange Cream Shake. My friend ordered the Chicken Bacon & Swiss Meal with Curly Fries and a Soda. We also got Jalapeño Bites and Mozzarella Sticks. Honestly we both liked the sides more than the sandwiches. I should’ve told them no sauce on my Grand Turkey Club because it tasted really heavy with it. However, the tomatos and one piece of veggie made up for it. The Chicken Bacon and Swiss tasted good with the honey mustard sauce. The Mozzarella Sticks was nothing special but the sauce was cold which didn’t taste that great. I didn’t really like the Jalapeño Bites. The Curly Fries and Onion Rings are good though! The Orange Cream Shake is also good but can get really sweet and might not go so well with the sandwiches since it’s too thick.

Slicing up Freshness? Get Outta Here Bo Dietl ! We found some coupons online for a free classic roast beef sandwich with a purchase of a small or large drink. We ordered two of those, 2 large curly fries and a order of onion rings. This Arby’s does cater. I saw a sign next to the register about them catering for the Daily Show. Classic Roast Beef Sandwich — Bland, flavorless, and boring on a sesame bun. Probably one of the worse sandwiches I’ve ever had without sauce. For this sandwich to taste some what good, you need to flood it with Arby’s Horsey sauce or the Arby’s sauce. That’s just a poor excuse to say our sandwich sucks. Curly Fries — Bangin! Came straight out of the fryer. It was nice and crispy. The curly fries tasted delicious with the horsey sauce! Onion Rings — Surprisingly good! Golden crispy fat onion rings! By far the best onion rings I’ve had so far in a fast food chain. They tasted way better than White Castle and Burger King’s onion rings. Verdict — Arby’s sandwiches stink and that’s a fact! No wonder they keep revamping their menu. I would only come to Arby’s for their sides. Their sandwiches need to improve. Also, at this Arby’s location, it’s located right by Francis Lewis High School. We walked in on the wrong time. The entire restaurant was filled with rowdy teenagers. Literally witnessed 2 kids fighting in the back and had to be kicked out by the manager. 10 minutes later, a girl came back into Arby’s crying her eyes out with her male friend who looked beaten up. I praise the store manager for acting professional and providing the beaten kid a first aid kit.
