Great group of guys working here and very reasonable prices. I got Bilstein 4600s for my 02 Tacoma and not only were they lightning fast with getting the part but they beat every store in town and every service online. Their warranty is excellent, the staff is friendly, and they back their products.
I’ve done a lot of necessary work to my truck as its at 134 000 miles and every time I had a question they kindly helped me out. Though they work on vehicles I’m a do it yourself kinda guy, I enjoy the learning process. I’ve called them so many times over the last few weeks I figured I’d be banned from the store lol! But they’re extremely helpful as well as professional.
I can’t justify anything less than 5 stars. Thanks guys!

On vacation driving through this area and I had a new Air bag go bad towing my 5^th wheel. These guys took care of me and didn’t charge me for the new air bag and will deal with Firestone on the warranty! Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

Absolutely love the service and help from the knowledgeable staff. Had an idea of what we wanted done with our truck but mike made that thought a reality… And better!!! Truck lift and tires… Amazing!!! Highly recommend for all your off road needs… So very pleased with the care and attention to detail that was given on my truck service. Love this place!!!

Very poor customer service, no acknowledgment when we walked in. Clerks are there they just do not say hi or are helpful. Wanted to see why this business has survived all these years, I thought it was going to be a great place for my trucks, but the people that represent it are terrible. No one has a name tag so, I could not even tell you the guys name that is at the counter. Very bad first impression, I will not return. Unilocal should have an option for no stars, this place would get it!

My experience with this shop has been nothing but positive. Sales staff is friendly, knowledgable… and above all, honest… which is huge! No unnecessary up sells, add-​ons or charges. This is the only place I take my truck for service and parts, and would recommend this location to any of my friends and family.

I needed to upgrade my jeep and was looking around for a reputable place to order the parts and have them installed for a reasonable price. I did some research on 4 Wheel Parts of Fresno and became a little apprehensive after reading the negative reviews on Unilocal.I decided to take a chance and go there for the upgrades. I wanted new tires, rims, suspension lift, new bumpers, winch, i.e., THE WORKS! I did a ton of research and asked a lot of questions and was pleasantly surprised at the service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My service Rep Rene’ was extremely polite and even advised me on cheaper alternatives then what I was asking for which was great. After negotiating on the labor, I went thru with the entire order ($ 11,000 + of parts and labor) with plenty of potential for hick-​ups! I needed my jeep to be ready in time for the 4^th of July and Rene’ promised everything would be ready by then. Everything was as promised and my jeep looked fantastic!!! I even got a Jack for free;-)
The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I didn’t get some of the freebees advertised via the 4WD site, i.e., winch cover, etc. All in all I highly recommend them and that’s what important. Just DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!!! Know what you want and stick with it.

Walked in with some money to burn on light bars nerf bars and maybe wheels. No one would ask if I needed help, two employees walked by without a word… I’ll never be back terrible service!!!

Always had been my go to place for parts and advice. Bought the extended warranty on a new soft top that broke after 12 months. Went to the store to get it taken care of and was given the run around from Rampage and 4Wheel Parts for 46 days before it was taken care of. Justin Lynch the store manager upon my first trip had said if I was given any problems just come in and they would swap the top. Unfortunately his word is worth nothing and only avoided the situation after our first interaction. The associate with the flames on his arms (name escapes me) seems he did what he could within his limited ability.

Went in there looking for some 4 by 4 parts for my Dodge. I was in there 45 minutes and not once did anybody come up and say hey can I help you. poor customer service and not friendly staff I will not be back.

I called and ordered a new set of wheels and tires for my truck. The person taking my order failed to inform me what I was ordering would not work on my truck. (Which would have saved a lot of time and anger.) I was told that everything would be in and put on my truck by a certain date. When I called the day before is was supposed to be done I was told that they were still waiting for one more tire and it would take a couple more days then what was promised. I called back the next day to vent my frustration with manager. Before I could finnish my rant he told me that everything was there and that he could squeeze me in and that he had to turn some people away on my account. 1) Why didn’t anyone call me to tell me they were in? 2) Your not squeezing me in when this is when you were supposed to have everything done?
After I had dropped my truck off, the manager called me a couple hours later to inform me that they weren’t going to work on my truck. When I went to pick it up he implied that I was the idiot for ordering these and it was my fault. Ultimately he is right, its my truck I should know. But if you are going to say you are experts in this don’t let me order stuff that wont work! Eventually the right size was ordered and installed. They did take about $ 50-​$ 60 off. Not a whole lot off a $ 2,700 bill.
I have shopped here many times and have good experiences in the past. This experience I had could be a rarity for them but it was an experience I had unfortunately. They had plenty of opportunities to make it right but I feel they dropped the ball on that. They did have the lowest price which gave them the 2 stars.
EDIT: After reading another review sounds like I’m not the only one to have this experience.

My husband and I have been regulars customers for as long as I can remember. I have had great experience with this location specifically. The guys at the sales counter have always helped me with professional and friendly service. These past few months I have had problems with my Ford F250 lifted diesel and the Assistant manager Mike Bodine has been a big help. My husband has been away so I had to make a decision on the rims and tires I needed for my truck and he found the best deal for me. Like some places other than 4 wheel parts, I would walk in for other situations just to learn I would be ripped off, but not this company. Even though I waited a little long it did not bother me because I knew I would be driving my vehicle off the property and everything would be fixed perfect. I highly recommend this store and company. Thanks again everyone at 4 wheel parts for great service and products.
