I came home from work earlier today and find that my large eucalyptus tree had split! Of course I panic! I couldn’t even pull into my driveway and had plans to leave town this weekend and all seems unlikely. I called Adolph’s A-​1 and the gal was able to squeeze me in! 1 hour later Mr. Adolph and his super crew came out and took care of a huge mess and took time to explain to me why it split in the first place. I feel so relieved that the remainder of my tree is saved and I can get the heck out of town! Thank you for the quick turnaround!!!

When I see a review that gives a 1 star, it’s hard for me to believe because of my experiences. I have had about 5 jobs done by them over the years and they are fantastic. We have had two — one hundred foot pines, many large trees, olive trees, and even palm trees removed. They have done stump grinding for us. They have also planted some trees for us. They are efficient, timely and the best price we could find. We have gotten estimates to compare. Also, the owners speak good English. They graduated right here in Fresno. As far as I am concerned, their name says it all. They are «A-​1».

FANTASTIC, RELIABLE, EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL… I found Adolph’s in the Yellowpages… I purchased a home with quite a bit of overgrowth and quite a few unnecessary trees and schrubs throughout a rather large back yard… they came out right on time and gave a very reasonable estimate… his crew was back within the hour and in less than 2 hours I had a new back yard… the way they cleaned up you’d never know they had even been there… I will continue to use them in the future.

I looked up tree services in the phone book and chose Adolph’s because of the BBB and ad stating they were a family business. The day of our appointment, they were supposed to arrive around 11am. By one pm, I called the company and the receptionist said they were running late. By four thirty pm, I called again to ask where they were, and the receptionist mumbled something about being backed up, I had a difficult time understanding her. Half hour later, we called again, and she said «I told you they couldn’t come today, they will come tomorrow «. The next day they never showed up, and never called to explain why, it seems as though they think their customers have time to waste waiting all day for them, even not bothering to phone to explain the delays or deciding not to come. Currently looking for reliable tree trimmers elsewhere.
