Six weeks ago, after they cleaned the filters, the water clouded up. We called Carlos, who claims to be the owner, and was furious we called because he said it wasn’t their fault but he would send someone right away to check the filters out. Next week another guy came, checked the chemicals, and said I think someone should check the filters. He said he’d call Carlos The next week, a great guy named Mr. T came out, checked the chemicals and said, I think you need the filter checked. He called Carlos, now the water is so cloudy now, you can’t see the bottom. Next week, Jim came out and again, wonderful guy to talk to. He puts more chemicals in the pool and says it must be the filters. I explained that Carlos said he was going to send someone here right away to look at the filters. So he calls Carlos. Next week another guys comes out and puts chemicals in and says we need to have our filter checked and he said he would call Carlos. Today, another guy comes out and leaves a note on the door that says, «I added more clarifier if pool does not clear up over the weekend I will have to check the filter»… So I called the office and they gave me Jim, who added the clarifier that day. I told him the last five guys that have come, said we needed to have out filter checked and we had talk with Carlos who said he was sending someone to check it right away. Then, Jim blew up! He said, «That’s why we should never have any customers who don’t want a year round service, because they’re the ones who ruin the pool». They have just changed company names from All Pure Pools to ASP. I have to say, the guys that come out are really nice young guys, but they should be given Ipads to enter notes in the computer system for the office guys. But still, the guys in the office are terribly rude and could care less.

I would stay away from this pool company. Not only did they repeatedly let my dog out of the yard then they refuse to credit me back my money for work they never performed after I dropped them. Very poor management with this pool company. Update: To be fair, they finally paid me back my money for work they never performed. Only took them 8 months, and having to repeatedly call and write them. Good luck if you go with them.

Exact same problems. Would randomly show up to clean the pool. Never on scheduled days. Left a 4 ft limb floating around in my pool for three weeks! Now threatening to take me to court over a 70 dollar unpaid balance i refuse to pay them because they didnt do what they had promised and left my pool a disaster. Terrible company.
