I had the best experience today with them and thought it was worth sharing. For some crazy reason my wife noticed all of a sudden yesterday morning our furnace was blowing cold air. We were referred to these guys by my wife’s employer who said they were «hands down the most reasonable and know their stuff». Paul was sent out and went the extra mile to provide a inexpensive solution. Apparently we had a temperature sensor corroded but instead of just saying it’s bad he went above and beyond and serviced the existing sensor and instead of the evil looming bill of $ 100’s or even $ 1000’s we have our HVAC working perfectly again for $ 126.00 thank you Paul you rock!

They helped us with an A/​C problem under American Home Shield warranty that our regular service company would not. I would rate them higher however, I asked for a quote on solar and never got one. Their salesman came out ant talked to us, did the basics to get started and assured us someone would be in touch with us within a week to give us a bid. Two weeks passed and no call, so I called the salesman to find out why. He seemed to be surprised and said he would talk to whoever he needed to and would personally call me back. Needless to say that has been well over a month and no one has contacted us. As appreciative as I was for their help during our A/​C crisis I found the solar experience unacceptable and that has tainted my whole perception of the company. There are too many good heating and A/​C companies in Fresno to deal with this.
