I bought my car about 5 years ago and have had nothing but PROBLEMS with this car and so I have also seen the service decline since then. My last few visits have really been terrible. Lately I’ve been waiting for my car since it’s usually an oil change and they tell me it should take about an hour. Its usually closer to 2 hours and no one ever updates me even after it gets passed my promised time. I frequently have to go hang around the service advisor area just to get someone’s attention to find out that my car «is ready.» However, I have to wait to sign out with the service advisor, pay and then its still 10 – 15 minutes until my car comes around.
This last time was the worst service I’d ever received. I’d been told I had an oil leak way back when I was under warranty but the service advisor at the time told me «its so small its nothing. If you were my cousin I’d tell you not to worry about it». My oil light had been coming on before a change was due and they would top me off so I figured I’d keep doing that. Well right out of warranty, someone brought it up again and I was like I know… So now a couple months ago Sergio tells me it is really big and it needs to be fixed. (My boyfriend pointed out that we never have had oil on the garage floor). I brought up how it had started under warranty but he told me it didn’t matter since I was out of warranty now, but he offered to «look into it.» Basically what he came up with was he wasn’t my service advisor back then so there were no notes (they don’t keep a file with this stuff??) and it would cost $ 400 but he’d see what he could do about the price and possibly helping me out since it was a known issue. I planned to bring it in about 2 weeks later but in the meantime, I woke up one day and my battery was completely dead (no reason). It wouldn’t even hold a charge after a jump. I made an appointment and asked for a loaner for about a week later. I was told Sergio would call me to confirm. I never got a call from him so I called 3 times the morning/​afternoon before the appointment and had to leave 2 messages and never got a call back. I finally got him on the phone only when my boyfriend called.
The next morning, I signed the estimate form for the oil leak, a new battery and new brakes. I forgot the total now, but the battery was a couple hundred and the oil leak was up to 600, higher than the 400 Sergio had told me it would be at my last visit. I had added on the brakes because they too had gone out in the few weeks since my previous appt. My boyfriend and I had looked at them and he showed me how there was fairly thick padding on them, so we thought maybe something was stuck under the brake pad on the right front. I got a call confirming it was just a battery issue, but Sergio also told me my brake pads were «completely worn out» although I’d seen them myself!
I authorized all the work to be done (since nothing had changed from my estimate sheet).
When I came in to get my car (about an hour after being told it was ready), all service advisors seemed to be out and a service technician greeted me. (He was actually really nice) I was taken to the cashier to pay $ 1500. Sergio was MIA and so no one explained to me the difference in price. But I noticed the battery came out over $ 300. I’d expected to come out under $ 1000 but I was completely unprepared for $ 1500. The oil leak was actually not very much compared to the battery and brakes. And of course, there had been no mention about discounting or waiving the price of the oil leak either.
After I paid I went outside and waited about 20 min for my car to come around.

We just recently completed the purchase of a BMW X3 from Fresno BMW and received excellent service from our sale person Hailey and the finance guy Jeff. They both made the process painless and i look forward to doing business with them in the future. If you are looking for a BMW I suggest giving Hailey a call.

Back again for and Oil Change and a) key faub not working on driver car door b) tire sensor on. Service receptionist gave me an appointment that worked just great for me. When I dropped the car off, Sergio met me with a smile and asked me all the right questions. He gave me a rough estimate and said he’d call me as soon as Service checked my car.
Within a couple of hours Sergio called and let me know the Oil change was done, BUT, there were two other issues that he needed to tell me about. He gave me the option to decide what would be done BEFORE the work was actually done. One issue cost me $ 400+ and the other was going to cost $ 800 but Sergio found out that this issue was covered by a warranty. HAPPY DAY!
The key faub issue was really a take-​the-​door-​panel-​off-​and-​fix job, so that cost me $ 400. At least it is fixed and I can use the faub as it is intended to be used. There was a screw in the back tire so I told Sergio to leave it alone and I would take it to America’s Tire to be replaced. Tires are much less expensive there. He said, «No problem, I understand.» No pressure to purchase tires from BMW – nice.
When I picked up my car, I made myself a nice latte at the BMW coffee bar and away I went.

I leased a 2016 428 Gran Coupe a few days ago and worked with Jordan Torres. He was amazing. Very knowledgable about all the vehicles and their specifications. He also helped me get a great deal and lease payment. He was not pushy at all. I appreciate all the time he spent with me discussing the vehicles and test driving. He even came in to work the day after I purchased the car (on his day off!) to assist me in returning my previously leased car and making sure everything went smoothly. It was the most relaxed and easy car leasing experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at Fresno BMW was friendly and excited to help, from Jordan, to the finance guy, to the GM Mike to the lease return guy JJ. It’s truly a very customer focused, non-​pushy car dealership. I can never imagine getting a car anywhere else now.

When one works at a luxury car dealership like BMW there should be a certain etiquette and courtesy when dealing with customers and potential customers. I called today to ask a question in regards to pricing on running diagnostic for my 750li and the person I spoke to in the service department spoke to me as if it was annoying to have to take time out of his day to answer the questions I was asking. You would expect a little more professionalism at a dealership like this. I’m not a child there was no need to speak to me like I was one.

I have dealt with many car dealerships. Michaels, Clawson, Lithia, Acura n even Own a Car… And a few other places in another state. I’ve never had anything bad to say about any of these places. They were all about the same, averaged n reasonable. Except for Own a Car, worse car dealership ever! But BMW Fresno is top notch service all around, THE BEST of all. From our respectful n honest salesman Q to the finance man Jeff. Most of all, our Service Advisor VINCE CRUZ, he was so awesome to us! My car was there for about a week. He was on top of everything when my car was being serviced n worked on. He made calls to tell us just about everything, updated us on when it was going into the garage or when a part has arrived or when installing something was complete, ect. If he was with another customer, he would return our calls in a short time. He made sure we had a loner car. Everything just couldn’t have been any smoother in the way they cared for us as their customer. I can not express enough how I am so proud to have bought my car from BMW Fresno. I feel so lucky n grateful to have had this experience that I would not have ever imagined. They treated me like I was a famous person lol. Even when they had seen me in there several times (dressed down) being a single mom WITH my FIVE boys, usually being silly, goofing around, loud n laughing. And of course, each time we were there my boys attacked their complimentary high tech touch screen hot coco/​coffee machine. My boys would raid their fridge for water or juice n eat up the yummy snacks. Never did I ever see a BMW Fresno employee or staff stare or looked at us weird. Instead, there was always someone around that would just go over to my boys, greeting n smiling n talking to them n help them get what they want and even offer them more.
From my heart, thank u BMW Fresno for treating us so well n making us feel special:) I can not see myself ever buying from anywhere else in the future!

After going to this dealer ship many time, I just have had enough. When I was shopping for a car, this was the first dealer that I went to. I had a pre-​approval from BMW financial, so I was hoping this would help speed thing out. Once I arrived, I had no one try to help me. At the time I was interested in a 535d. after failing to drop the price from what they were asking, I decided to leave. I went to a BMW dealership in the bay area and all I can say is wow, what a difference. I purchased a CPO 535i.
Within a month, I had an issue with a parking sensor. So I once again I brought it in to Fresno. Unfortunately, they stated that the sensor would not be covered under warranty. I called my sales rep from the bay area, he told me that it will be taken care of. As I drove up to the dealer I purchased my car from, they had my courtesy vehicle ready from the moment I drove up. Signed a few papers and off I went, all I can say is wow.
Once again I called Fresno BMW to make an appointment to schedule my maintenance. They were 2 weeks out in order to use a courtesy vehicle. I told them that it was fine, but I would not use the enterprise rental cars due to the mileage restriction. When I drove up to the dealer, they stated they had no cars to anymore. Coming from Los Banos, this was an issue. His answer was he can reschedule. Wow, am coming from an hour away and he can reschedule. There seems to be a lack of attention to customers here. I will never buy or come here again.

This has to be the worst BMW Dealership in the Galaxy! Where should I began? Well first to start, they sold me a Lemon. Car had problems within the two months of purchasing. I did pay extra for an extended warranty, so that helped with the first set of repairs. The dealership has the worst service team, with my car being in the shop for 2 – 3 months every time I take it in. I got the car in October 2014 and it has been in the shop for multiple issues (some reoccurring) a total of 6 times. The service team had me in a rental car the first time (not a loaner car but an Enterprise Rental Car) and I had to contact corporate to get them to give me a Loaner BMW Vehicle. The staff in general is not friendly and not knowledgable. They keep very bad records of repairs and can’t seem to fix things right the first time. Currently my car is back in the shop and I took it to a different BMW dealership and the service there was a total 180 from what I received at BMW Fresno. I was greeted upon arrival, they had a loaner already set to go for me and the follow up thus far has been phenomenal! I haven’t given up on BMW just yet but I have definitely given up on BMW of Fresno. That place is beyond terrible!

Thank you to Radford for selling me my third BMW. If you want a top notch, honest guy to put you into your BMW go to Radford. I couldn’t be happier with my X5, it’s perfect.

Some of the best service I have ever had! My x5 broke down in Fish Camp and I needed a part overnight. The service manager did an outstanding job sorting out delivery and staying in contact. Ultimately Dave from service hand-​delivered the part, sorted out all of the details, and we got it all going great.
I have owned many cars and dealt with dozens of dealers, and these guys know how to do it right. If you own a BMW these folks are it.

Big ups to BMW Fresno for my free tank of gas and a car wash after completing the BMW genius with Katie! And a special shoutout to Katie for showing me all the cool things I can do with my car! She’s a Genius! Kudos to BMW for the amazing customer service!

Great professional service and sales people, not pushy or rude like I have encountered at other dealerships. I love the selection of cars and the showroom is gorgeous. Plan to buy my next BMW here for sure!

Didn’t think I would ever give a dealership anything higher then 2stars, then again I have been use to dealing with Carmax in the past (workers that have little to no REAL car dealership experience). So first my husband and I took a look at the Mercedes dealership right next door to the Bmw dealership, we have an old guy trying to show us some E class cars (which I was interested in) he rite away brought out that 4square attempt to sell us a car, extremely annoying and barely knew anything he was doing on the computer. For a luxury car dealership maybe my expectations of the employees were a little to high.
Or maybe he just needed more training time.
Before signing over my life and my first born child we walked over to the BMW dealership to look around.
I would have given this dealership 5stars if I didn’t have to stand outside in the heat waiting for 30minutes in front of the car I wanted. no help no customer service. It’s like I was catering to the vultures that worked here, I had to walk inside and get the attention of one of the workers.
After finding a sales person I showed him the car I wanted and he went above and beyond my expectations with having me in and out papers signed and keys in my hand within 30minutes! He was purely amazing, my BMW client advisor was kamal Bahia and I would and am recommending him to anyone and everyone looking to upgrade or purchase a new car.

I was at Fresno BMW last week, pulled up to look at a used car that I really liked and was willing to buy. I was looking at the car for about 15 minutes and nobody approach me. I even popped the hood and trunk, at this time two salesman had seen me. So, after 15 – 20 min of waiting for somebody to help me, I decided to leave and take my business else where. I would not return to this dealership.

Good experience overall with their service dept.

I was very pleased with the service here. I just went in to asked if they could help me setup my Bluetooth on my car since I didn’t new the code. Their where very helpful it was fast too, it took less than five mins.
