Bob has been the Executive Director of Cen Cal Business Finance Group since 1988. His background includes 15 years as a banker, 2 years with the U.S. Small Business Administration, and 5 years as a small business owner. He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
