Came here just to look around, they have some really nice things just about anything you can think of they have! Would definitely love to come back here for my house.

Love the décor in this store!!! I can almost find anything and everything. My mom and I always shop here for the décor in our house. Almost everything we have in our home is from here. They have awesome service!!!

We came in 20 minutes before they closed today to pick up a water fountain and a vase. This guy named eric was extremely rude wouldnt give us the time of day and made the blonde woman that ended up helping us do everything. She was great, but they need to do some more training on customer service. The blonde woman asked eric to check us out and he snapped at her right in front of us. Employees like that make me not want to go back and thats a shame because its a nice store.

The basic run down of my month long endeavor, to get my chandelier… if you work in the back, stay in the back and let Jackie, who is quite competent handle people on the floor. Now, with that being said, this is an amazing place to find some great deals. Just don’t leave your item there to be worked on, just take it right away, or ask for Jackie, she seems to have her stuff together.

Seriously? One of the 5 star reviews, of only two I might add, is from the business that’s next door to them? From Crazy Bernie? Well let me start off by saying that a couple months ago I went into the showroom and found a piece of furniture, a china cabinet to be more specific, that was marked $ 750. I went back there yesterday to look at it again and it was marked down to $ 599. I spoke with the sales girl, Jackie, and asked her why the item was reduced if it was because there was something wrong with it or if it was a slow seller, and she said no that they’ve been good selling items and there was nothing wrong with the item. She then just said that the item was marked down as just a reduction in price. I asked her if that was the last one and if it was marked down because that was the floor model, and she said no that all of them were marked down and they had boxes of them in the warehouse. She then proceeded to go to her computer and come back to me and tell me that they had 6 brand new ones and I again asked her if they were all the $ 599 price and she said yes. I then asked her if I would be able to open one of the boxes to make sure that there was nothing wrong with it or nothing broken with it and she said I would only be able to do that once I purchased the item. I told her that it didn’t seem right that I wouldn’t be able to look at the exact item I was purchasing, then she told me that she would speak to the owner and call me back the next morning and reassured me that she was certain that the owner would allow the warehouse to open two or three boxes for me so I could pick one that I liked. So today comes and I get no phone call until after 4 o’clock and I get a phone call from another sales person, who I thought was the owner, who told me that the price of the item was $ 599 for the floor model because there was damage to it and $ 750 for the new ones. Funny thing is, the price of the item was never in question. And he also told me that none of the boxes would be opened for me before I made a purchase. I explain to him what Jackie had told me, and he basically told me that I was wrong and Jackie was wrong. I then reiterated what Jackie had told me and he told me that he would check and call me back. About an hour later I called back because I still hadn’t gotten a return phone call and the receptionist paged Eric the salesperson who called me back, and he wasn’t available. I then asked to talk to the owner and the receptionist told me that the owners don’t take phone calls and don’t deal with issues like this. She then put me through to Jackie’s voicemail. I called back again an hour after that, which was almost 2 hours after Eric had initially called me and told me he’d call me back, and when I asked for Eric, the receptionist put me straight to his voicemail. I called back and told her I had asked for Eric and received his voicemail and she said he was unavailable. I explained to her that I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for his return phone call and she kept saying that he was unavailable. I asked her if she could make him available and tell him that I was still waiting for his phone call and all she kept saying was that he was unavailable and then she had the nerve to tell me, and here it is still 15 minutes before they close, that they were getting ready to shut down for the evening and he couldn’t take my call. I then asked her for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. She asked me why I needed her name and I explained to her that I was going to report her and Eric and Jackie to the owner to let them know what bad customer service they provide and she still wouldn’t give me her name. So the no-name receptionist, after my insistence, finally got Eric on the phone who told me that he didn’t call me back because he hadn’t been able to get ahold of Jackie to get me an answer. He told me that he wanted to verify with Jackie that what I said was true and that she wouldn’t be in until the following morning. Basically calling me a liar. My husband was there as well and he can testify to the fact of what Jackie said. I told Eric that good customer service with dictate that he call the customer back to let them know that he didn’t have an answer yet and he would call them the next day with the answer. I’ve been asked Eric to have the owner call me. Right now this place gets a one star only because there is no zero star rating available. We’ll see if they call me back and what they say and if I update my rating.

This place has stylish products at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and professional. The manager, Amir, was extremely informative and went out of his way in helping me find the right lighting fixture. In a day and age where it’s so hard to find professional service and good products, I can at least be happy going to Central Distributing for appliances that I need in the home.

The people at this huge lighting and plumbing fixture distribution center are great. They sell high quality products at great prices. Their location is 1000 percent better than their rival fresno d. I would shop at central distributing first whenever i need quality products way before going to home depot or lowes.
