Creative Digital Workshops was created to teach the wonders of photography. Photography mixes technical and artistic venues. Our goal is to help you understand the technical, so you can then focus on the artistic creation of your images.

Do you want to understand the buttons, dials, and functions of your DSLR and remove it from Auto Mode, Or do you need to learn more advanced functions of your camera and photography, then our various workshops will help you remove the mystery of your camera.

Our workshops are hands-​on, so we don’t just tell you how to do things, we take the time to explain how to do them and we actually have you perform them. Please see our reviews and how much our students are happy with our classes.

I attended the studio lighting class in August and wanted to say thank you for putting all of the pieces together for me when it comes to lighting or at least put me on the right path. Kudos need to be given for the content and pace of the class, I didn’t feel we wasted any time and we were always learning or taking pictures.
I’m looking forward my next class… THANK YOU!
The price of the class was well worth the money as I have spent countless hours in front of the computer or camera trying to produce the results learned in the class.

I found this group through Amazon local at a discounted rate and it was more than I bargained! I attended the introductory to digital SLR workshop yesterday at La Quinta in Fresno. Jonathan and Carlos are an effective teaching duo that made the class interesting, interactive, and enlightening. I take pictures for leisure and prior to this class, I had no idea how to use the manual setting on my camera! These guys have made me so comfortable with manual that I don’t even use the Automatic setting on my dslr. Thanks guys; great experience!

If you are looking for a photography class to help improve your photos and better become acquainted with your camera, then this is the class you want to take. I was looking for something small so I wouldn’t have to spend all day and months on end in a college course. Jonathan and Carlos have impressive knowledge of photography and are really helpful at explaining how to improve your photography. I highly recommend these guys! I took the Intro to Digital Photography workshop and it was exactly what I was looking for. I went into the class only knowing how to operate my DSLR camera on the automatic mode, and came out with the knowledge and confidence never to use automatic again! I was impressed with Jonathan and Carlos’ ability to clearly teach the camera functions and photography principles. They both have a lot of experience so their perspective and knowledge was really valuable. I also love how open they are to answering questions as I practice on my own now. I look forward to taking more of their classes in the future.

After I purchased my camera to say I was overwhelmed would be an understatement. I signed up for their beginner dslr class and I was truly impressed! I wasn’t expecting to walk away from this workshop with such an understanding of not only my camera but photography in general. My questions were not just answered with a bunch of technical jargon but with actual terms and examples I could relate to. The dynamic between Jonathan and Carlos is great! Their love for photography really shows. I applaud you for a phenomenal workshop!
