Dirty Bird Laundry

We have been using this laundry’s drop-​off service for a while now, and while we’ve generally been pretty pleased, our last experience was ridiculous. For those who don’t know, when you drop off laundry, they charge by the pound. Fair enough… except that this last time, their scale was obviously broken. They wanted to charge us over $ 400 for what was usually about $ 200 worth of laundry. They were over-​weighing all the bags. For example, they insisted that one trash bag full of laundry weighed a whopping 62 lbs, even though my girlfriend (who’s 4’11″) was easily carrying this bag with one hand. Either she needs to try out for the weightlifting team, or there’s something wrong with the scale. We spoke with the manager, who flat-​out insisted that the scale was accurate. When we got home, we weighed the before-​mentioned bag ourselves, and it was closer to twenty lbs. In other words, we very nearly got overcharged a couple hundred bucks, over something that was so obviously inaccurate, it was laughable.

I had such a great experience here at dirty bird laundry great customer service, awesome snack bar, the pop corn was fresh and I loved that they sell all the great stuff you would need to wash if you forgotten anything at home. The TV is big you can see it from wherever you are standing, the kids corner is awesome it kept my kids occupied while I was doing laundry and I was also able to buy my lottery ticket their and gre as t thing was I was able to meet the Manager Susann, she was great and very helpful with helping me brining in my laundry, and she also let me know about the free dry. I had a really great experience here and I will be coming back to dirtybird laundry!!!

4 load for $ 4.75 wash for 22 mins and free dry. Just 5 bucks budget single person. Worth waiting.

I have done my laundry here since this location opened. The dryers break all the time, the machines break all the time with your clothes in it. I recently was sitting next to the toy claw machine and saw it had mice poop inside it. Just today I avoided two machines because they smelled like mold. This place is going downhill fast.

Well this laundry mat is just like.most. what I liked about it though was of course the free dry but also you can see they try to accommodate their customers. This is the first laundry mat that I’ve seen to have a «kids corner». It wasn’t super nice but just that they attempted that seemed like a nice gesture to me. They also have full size laundry soap for sale and that makes sense because trying to buy tiny boxes from a vending machine is pointless. The attendant there was nice and constantly on the move, cleaning and picking up. They also have a drop off service here. I also liked that that had tv’s up for everyone to see as opposed to like a separate section like at mammoth. Their free dry is also very good! It didn’t take that make attempts to get everything dry. I pressed the button maybe 3 times? And it was good. This place is clean and it wasn’t super packed when I went. I’m glad it’s close to home. This is our spot now. I’d give 5 stars if the kids corner had things for kids and the snacks were cheaper.

Just visiting, but had to do laundry… found this place and it’s great. Clean and organized and the person staffing this place is very helpful and certainly on her toes.

This location is very clean and well maintained. All of the machines seem to work with no problems. The staff that is here is cleaning and actually working not like other places where they just stand there. She has been cleaning after customers once they are done with the area they were using. Free wifi is also a positive while waiting for our clothes to be done.
