I have been going to Diva’s for a year and a half and I continue to love them! I love Cynthia, she mixes it up and keeps my nails fun, we also have great convo. I love them and her, she takes her time and makes sure they are done right. Kevin is also so sweet and attentive.

Overall, great experience. Nail technicians were amazing. The owner was a little too demanding and I felt like he wasn’t listening to what I wanted but instead kept pushing me to get something than what I wanted.

This place is the best! I will be a regular from now on! They have so many polishes and gels to choose from and all of the staff is very nice and focused on what they are doing. It is very clean inside and fairly priced! Thank you Diva nails!

Well I should start off by saying at first I absolutely LOVED this place but then when u go inside the workers are all sitting around in the pedicure chairs, they were looking at you & talking in there language & you could plainly tell they were talking about you because after they would say something they would all turn & stare at you… and as the owner of a company myself I wouldn’t recommend the owner to be sitting in the chair getting his own pedicure while other customers are in there! As far as the owner if I were him I would leave the customer service to someone else. Do NOT recommend

This place does a really good job on the fingers and toes but has a serious lack in time management. They have more chairs then technicians. If you come in with more then one person (they don’t take reservations), they can’t seem to manage finishing groups at the same time. They also only have two seats to wait upon while your other party members finish up. I’ll come back but probably not with anyone else.

Love Diva Nails! Professional staff and a very clean environment. Have never been disappointed with their service. Nail tech Cynthia does great work and designs! She takes her time and ensures you are satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend Diva Nails and nail tech Cynthia! (they are all great there can’t go wrong with anyone)

Took my fiancé here to get her manicure for her pictures with her new ring! Great customer service and really fast! They are always really busy so prepare yourself to wait w little bit but overall the experience was great and the quality of the nails was great! Awesome location and really clean inside as well! Staff is friendly and accommodating!

Don is top notch!!! He got me in and out in 30 minutes. He was going so fast at first so I was a little worried and looked at my fingers after and was amazed!!! So happy!!!

I am the type of person who tries to give second chances to small businesses however this is now the second time this salon has screwed me. I had a appointment for 8:30. I was on time, color picked out and they sat someone in a chair to get her nails done before me. This other customer did not have a appointment, I believe they sat her before me because she threw a fit about how low staffed they were today. Just amazes me that they’d take a complaining customer who was a walk in over one who had a appointment. Not coming back, very disappointed.

This last past week been so busy. I went to get my nails filled. Never had an issue with this place til now. Didn’t catch her name but she did a horrible and crappy job on my nails and was still over charged for it. My nails look like I’m due for a full already in matter of a few days from getting it done. I know they will reply back to this review quick, I’m very disappointed with management as well cause he looked at my nails and thought they looked good. It’s too bad I was in a hurry. Im going to stick with my original shape and would go to anybody in there but that lady! So disappointed!!!

Consistently good! I had May and she did a great job on my gel manicure! She helps recommend what color would be best for me, and was friendly :)

DO NOT GO HERE! I got cut!!! I came in to get a pedi gel nail job. The lady doing the job cut my foot with the file brush they use to sand your feet with. Upon time to pay I tried to show the owner my cut an how deep it was an he refused to acknowledge the injury. It was deep enough that I could not even enjoy the rest of my pedicure and all I could feel was the harsh sting from the cut.
It is now 2 days later an it still hurts a great deal. I have gotten good jobs done by them before but no more!!!

After reading the reviews I thought I’d try Diva Nails. I was not disappointed! Great service, friendly staff and my nails look amazing! I will definitely continue to come here for my mani/​pedi services!

Yin did my pedi and she was so gentle and did a great job! Lenny, did my nails and he did a wonderful job he is so talented and for a guy has gentle hands. Money well spent, will come again! The owner is halarious, he cracks me up! Best place I’ve been to in years :)

Kelly did my nails and she did exactly what I wanted! Everyone there was so sweet, I went as a walk in and only waited about 10 mins and they were busy! I will be going back to Kelly regularly and I would recommend this place to everyone, extremely good pricing for the quality! Thanks Kelly

I came in for a fill and my six year old got a pedicure. Worst experience ever. First the guy at the counter us very rude not to customers directly but to the employees he kept walking up and down talking Vietnamese. I can tell by the way the employees were looking at him and their attitude he was being rude. Watching him go up and down gave me anxiety. It was a busy day so my daughter sat first all the lady did was let her rinse her feet in water and paint her nails $ 15 for that usually a kids pedicure is no more then $ 8 at kid friendly salons she didn’t trim her nails nothing.
Then as I was waiting three people after me were seated first for a gel and a fill. What’s the point of putting your name on the list if you aren’t gonna go accordingly.
Anyways I was told to take a seat in the pedicure chairs and I reminded them that I wasn’t their for a pedicure but for a fill. She said they know but didn’t know where else I could sit. So I sat and the guy who did my nails was nice. He was speeding through I did have waaay more cuts and my nails aren’t straight at all they go towards an angle since he was using a filer. Then before I was done he asked if I could pay first I said sure it was $ 17 for my fill so $ 32 I said okay. Then he continued to finish my nails. I wouldn’t give this place a star it’s more of a .5 no seat covers for the bathroom and no lights either they have a night light. After I left I notice the guy charged me a $ 1 extra part of me wants to call my bank to dispute the transaction still debating if I will. Never again will I go there

Beauty is pain haha not with Nancy!
Got a very basic manicure by Nancy!:) this was my first time having her do my nails and I’m impressed! She’s soft, and very detailed which was wonderful with how short and nails were and how uneven and she worked magic. I have had many manicures and often they can be painful so if you want the beauty without the pain Nancy is your girl!:)!

This place is great, I used to go to there old shop on Bullard before they moved to there new location. May is the best, she is super detailed and really took her time with my nails, cleaning, and filling and making them perfect. I highly recommend this place, I’m one happy girl every time I come.
