Tran had done my nails and it looked fabulous!!! I suggest you getting her. Emerald Nails employees are so nice and welcoming. It’s depends on who you get to do your nails… Thank you Tran!

Very disappointed! After all the great reviews I choose this establishment as a birthday gift pedicure for my sister. Sandra did the toes and pulled out a piece of the flesh. Then when she was finished she never returned to say good bye or do you need sandals etc. She tortured then left. Poor customer service, I should have went off the reviews of Be Be nails. Maybe this is why they changed the name.

At first, the man working was very friendly but my service was anything but 5 star. I’d never been here before but my girls at my regular place were all booked so willingly, I decided to try somewhere new. I could just be picky but I did not have a pleasant experience. They give you a menu with different options for manicures/pedicures. There are 3 different pedicure options, of course, different ranges of prices and services. I got the spa pedicure which is the cheapest one, but just your regular pedicure. The lady kept going on & on about how I should get the Emerald(2nd option) because it was better for me. I know why they do this– they want more money. I told her no thank you very politely & she kept asking«why not?» Because I don’t want or care to get the emerald pedicure lady! I’m not a rude customer so again, I said politely I just want the spa. INSTANT attitude & probably smack talking in their language. She was obviously pissed I didn’t get the more expensive pedicure. She’d also suggested gel on my toes because it lasted longer. I’ve gotten gel before on the toes & this is in fact true, but it such a pain to get off. I told her no for the gel toes & she rolled her eyes. The spa pedicure was okay. She cut my toe nails waaaaay too short & not even a week later, 2 have already chipped. I didn’t use OPI polish which I believe it is the best brand to use & last the longest, I used some random brand that was originally DRIED out but they got a different polish. Wouldn’t you think if you knew one of your polishes were dried out you’d take it off the shelf? The girl who did my gel manicure was alright. She didn’t talk much other than her asking me how I liked my nails cut but I don’t really mind if they talk to me or not. But once again, 2 nails with the gel have already chipped/peeled off. The service overall was $ 47 + tip which is cheaper than the place I go. However, I was not impressed. I don’t mind spending money if I receive good quality work & service. I solely picked this place off of the location because I figured they were a nice nail salon. They get you with their menu’s for their pedicures & manicures. I think I tipped both girls fairly but I will most likely not be coming back. Go to Aqua Nails– it’s more worth it with nicer staff & a way better experience!

This place is hands down a five star. Class, service, amenities. I took my 5 year daughter here for Valentine’s Day for her first big girl mani pedi and we returned for her 6th birthday and she loved every minute of it. They provide youth chairs that are great for the kids and they made the experience so great for her. Thank you. The other chairs they have in there are some of the best I’ve seen inside salons. Massage chairs while getting your pedicure seemed like a great relaxation.

I come here quite often for pedicures. I used to come here for acrylics but sometimes it’s so busy, there can be a wait. If you’re wanting acrylics, I recommend Sandra. She’s awesome and does your nails exactly how you want them. They have a great selection of polishes and majority of them are high quality ones like China glaze and OPI. I would recommend this place if you want a place near home.

Kathy was wonderful. This was my first pedicure here. I got the«Emerald Pedicure» for $ 35 and it everything I needed. I definitely recommend coming in. There are nails but I didn’t notice a strong smell, they seem to mostly do pedicures.

Looked thru a bunch of reviews of nail salons in the area. This salon used to be Bebes so I didn’t look at it but decided on it because of the recent reviews under Bebes. Either way this is truly a find! «La» was the name of my technician. She was awesome. My mani pedi is great & she was personable. She didn’t talk until I showed I wanted to chat. She didn’t talk to the other workers in another language like so many salons. She was professional. The whole place was clean & organized. I have no idea how they got anything less than 5 star reviews. I guess anyplace can have a off day. But everything today was spot on. $ 35 for mani & pedi. Good callous removal, nice massage, we could have added extras like paraffin, etc. I love that she put in the time to do the cuticle trimming correctly, didn’t rush but she wasn’t slow. I really just can’t express how nice of an experience it was today! They have won my future business. Also, they let you BYOB. And have $ 45 hour massages as well; I definitely want to try! So if you are looking for an awesome nail salon look no farther, just call and set the appointment.
