About a month ago I was involved in a car accident and suffered neck, back, and chest injuries. I went to this clinic because it was the first place I found that worked with those injured from car accidents. My first visit was fine and everyone that I encountered was friendly. They did some xrays on me to make sure nothing was broken and the following day one of the male chiropractors reviewed them with me. They told me I would need go do physical therapy three times a week for five weeks. My first week was fine. I was being adjusted by two male chiropractors and they were great. On one of my visits in the second week I was pulled into «Dr. K’s» office who is the owner of this office. The lack of professionalism from this man was unbelievable. First of all he was in there with a female (not a worker) and the conversation that they were having was filled with curse words and just simply inappropriate. After a few minutes of me standing there awkwardly they finished their conversation and he finally acknowledged me. To make the long story short he basically wanted to know how I was going to pay for my treatment, mind you when I first went in I provided them my insurance information AND the insurance information of the person at fault in the car accident. He told me that I should get a lawyer to make sure that I «didn’t get screwed» to which I replied «you mean so YOU don’t get screwed and so you know you’re going to get your money» he laughed and said «you’re a smart kid» I cannot tell you how disturbing this sit down was, I left there in disbelief oh and by the way, the following week he called me back into his office again to ask me again how he was going to get paid because as he put it «well, this is a business». Yesterday I went in for one of my weekly appointments and was adjusted by Dr Harris who I had never had before. I left the office in tears, Dr Harris was incredibly rough with me. While she was adjusting my back I felt an incredible amount of pain in my lower back. I let her know to to stop because she was hurting me three times before she actually stopped. Was in tears that’s how much pain I was in. After I got off of the table I told her that she had done something wrong because I had never had pain while being adjusted, she told me that everyone was different and to go home and ice it. This woman didn’t even look me in the eye and her attitude said it all, she really didn’t care what I was trying to communicate to her. I left crying my eyes out I felt the pain down to my legs which I had never felt, even after the accident. I called the next day to request that I only be seen by the two male chiropractors and the woman that took my call was incredibly rude and said that she would note my file but that everyone was different and Dr. Harris was not at fault for this. I went in to speak with Dr K to let him know of the incident with both of his employees and another gentleman that was there (not sure who he was or what he does in the clinic) said that this was not the first complaint about Dr Harris. Can I just offer you a word of advice, do not go to this clinic. Do your research and take yourself or your loved one somewhere else. This place is all about money, they do not care about their patients and is straight up shady. From the owner to the doctor with several complaints under her belt, to rude receptionists (with the exception of a couple), this is by far the worst clinic I have ever attended and I will be sure to let my friends and family know to stay away. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff. They have all been friendly and helpful and explained their billing process up front. Maybe these past reviews were an indication for the owner to take some steps to remedy the problems.

I first called and spoke with Martha, she was so pleasant and made things smooth and easy for me she was the first reason why I even went there because of her pleasant phone demeanor. The visit was good everyone was friendly Dr explained and discussed all issues and concerns, there was one gal that looked far from happy but i believe she isn’t really working were ppl see her much, as the reviewers made it seem like it was the end of the world cause somebody looked unhappy. I believe most issues arise when someone gets a bill then complaints pop up. i am a true patient on file, it is to my opinion that everyone is professional, courteous, respectful and it was a clean environment. honestly is it ethical to run a business especially a medical facility, with employees or patients acting like it is a circus or comedy show what are ppl thinking?? this place is wonderful !!!

The owner of this company needs to train their staff with better customer/​client service. Each time I went in their front desk staff faces said it all — they either hate their job or their life & bring it to work. I even joked about taking them Starbucks so they liven up … I think they hated me more for that comment with their fake laugh. This place is not personable at all ! I had to call to talk to someone in records & she sounded annoyed cause she had to do her job … Mind you I’m not a rude person & I’m polite. Building a trusting relationship with customers is key to any business providing services … This place lacks it bad!

Terrible office. It was important for the billing lady to get off at her scheduled time than see my sick child. I have insurance and its on file but was asked to pay cash and be reimbursed because it was frankly too much work since I walked in 10 min before close. I’m sorry you’re and urgent care and in business because of sick people. I’m not paying cash so I can wait 6 to 8 weeks to be reimbursed when I have insurance that will take care of this office visit with a very small co-​pay. All she had to do was check my file because my daughters insurance is exactly the same but that was too much for her to do. Needless to say I will never be back to such an uncaring establishment. #greedy

This place is HORRIBLE when it comes to billing. I was in a car accident a few months ago and was there to seek treatment. While there, they had me sign a form which I didn’t realize allowed them to me bill me directly instead of insurance, even though I notified them at that visit that I wanted my insurance billed. Despite my repeated requests, I was kept getting billed. They now refuse to bill my insurance even though I was insured, and the bill was sent to collections. My good credit has now been ruined thanks to their collections actions.
