I’ve had such a horrible experience at this bank. Not necessarily this bank location specifically, but FCFCU in general. It took a little after 2 months for me to actually receive my ATM card in the mail. Between those couple of months, I renewed my ATM card about 4 times. I was extremely frustrated!!! And I don’t understand what’s the point of the mobile check deposit option if it takes over 24 hours for you to actually receive your money. So if you want your money right away, deposit your check IN PERSON. I’m only giving stars at all because the employees make my experience a little better. They’re really helpful and nice.

Piss poor customer service. I tried to unblock my card 7 times. Each of those times, they said its unblocked. But it was. I couldn’t even buy a drink ($ 2). They hung up on me 3 times. I called throughout the day so I can buy something to eat. Luckily, I had found some change laying around. I will take my business to B of A if this happens just one more time…
