We had them do a home inspection before we bought a fixer upper. The inspection stated that all the appliances worked. This was an old house, fixer upper. Well we moved in December and absolutely every appliance has not worked and has either had to be replaced or had expensive maintenance. The heater, built in refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, steam oven, and garbage disposal. thank goodness we purchased a home warranty. The only thing the inspection got right was the cracked windows. Gee, we could see those ourselves. Never use this service.
