Jacuzzi Premium Spas

I bought a spa from another dealer and that cost me dearly. When I went into Jacuzzi Premium Spas for a replacement part on the spa I had purchased elsewhere, I was able to get the part at a better price. When I needed a new cover for my spa, I checked with the dealer I bought the spa from and they want over $ 600 and I found I could get a better one from Jacuzzi Premium Spas. This tells me that they are more interested in good customer service than maximizing their profit margin. From now on, this is the only place I will buy my spa products. I find that Bavette really knows all of the spas out there and can get the parts I need. They also have a great repair person that they recommend who is incredibly reasonable.

When we needed help with the steps we bought for the spa, they went above and beyond and gave us new steps. They have always been very helpful and there when we have had any questions! I would give them high customer service rating!!! We have been customer for along time and would not buy any where else, they have great Knowledge and are always willing to answer any concerns you have!!! Love them so much!!!

I checked with two different places when I was ready to buy. Decided to go with the place on Herndon and Blackstone. After 3 attempts the guy didn’t call me back so I went to the Yellow Pages and found Premium Spas.
OMG! Natalie was informative and very accomodating. I had to beg the first spa place to do a site ck because it was going to be a tricky install. He told me to send him pictures and there would be a $ 1500 charge for a crane. He never did come out.
Natalie and Bauvette had a guy out the next day and the crane was $ 270!
The price I was quoted included my choice of colors, the lid, the lid lift, installation and hauling away my old spa.
The girls told me it would be 3 weeks for delivery and it was 3 weeks on the dot.
Premium arranged the crane, delivered my new spa and hauled away the old one.
They filled the spa and even provided chemicals for the next few months.
Anyone looking for a spa needs to ck with these guys before buying.
My spa is awesome and it does everything as promised and then some.
Great place to do business. My experience was extremely positive from the time I walked in their door to the actual delivery.
