What great service!!! They are busy, rather full waiting room but these guys are on it. The gentleman working the counter continues to offer us coffee and water and apologize for the wait. The tech working on my car was in constant communication with me about time and what he was working on. You can see the workers moving quickly to get us out. I didn’t feel pressure to add on addition services. Will I be coming back? You bet!!!

I was driving down Herndon in heavy rain, when all of a sudden my windshield wipers stopped working. Jiffy lube was coming up on the next light, I was in panic trying to rush to the location. When I arrived, the gentleman helped me clean my windshield and added a temporary water repellant to get me home safely. I was so blessed they were located on my way home. Even though my problem was a mechanical error which needed assistance from another location, I was greeted very kindly and helped out a lot to make it home safe. Thank you so much.

Fast and quick. Just my type of service since I had an infant in my car.

I’ve been to this jiffy lube plenty of times before and everything was great with every oil change except the one I got on Sept 19^th. Went in as usual asked for an oil change got it done and left. Drove around for an entire week not realizing my car was leaking major oil until I was made aware on Saturday visiting parents. Every driveway I parked on I ruined with the amount of oil that was spilt for the mechanic not putting in the oil filter tight enough. I was pretty much driving with no oil. Had to call a mechanic late Saturday night to come re change my oil and filter and wash my entire transmission from underneath. I am just Thankful that my transmission didn’t get burnt out. They refunded me the oil change and won’t ever be going back to jiffy lube again.

Poor or should I say no customer service.

They were all very nice. Pretty fast and easy to get my oil change done. Thanks guys!

These guys are the best. They really know how to take care of the customer. From the time you arrive to the time you depart, and if there is any issues after the service is done, they are quick to address it. I will never go anywhere else but to this location. Five stars all day.

This shop is the best out of ALL automotive shops I’ve been to! I can honestly say I will not go anywhere else again. I went in early, about 10am. Immediately I was greeted. I asked for a basic oil change and tire check. I was offered all available options and prices, and because my Equinox is made for a Chevy special blend– I was even educated on the types of oil available for my vehicle. I was then given a step by step rundown of what else their oil change service covers.
Wait time was nothing. My car was checked in within 5 minutes. I asked one of the gentleman questions about my cars performance and he educated me on many things by explaining everything out to me (I am a girl, lol). He even gave me names of a reputable tire company to get tires ¾ used at a good deal if I can’t afford full price, as well as a repair shop that would be honest and give me a good deal if I need to get my Pistons checked. By the time we were done talking my car was finished! Not more than 20 or 30 minutes.
During check out the gentleman walked through everything again that was included in the service. Before I left he looked under the hood and double checked the work.
My car was vacuumed and looked great inside! Wow, I love that. Overall my experience was great. This place is clean, the waiting room is nice, there was coffee and water, etc. felt cozy. Above all, the greatest customer service! All of the guys were very nice and hospitable. Did I mention they have a top-​off policy for oil? Yep, up to 3000 miles. I am spreading the word about how great this place is. Never been so excited about an oil change! Haha

I was tired of making an appointment at the dealership to still wait 1.5 hours-​even when there was no one ahead of me just for an oil change. This jiffy lube location was near the house so I decided to stop by. Everyone was really nice and they started on my car right away. I think there were 4 men working on my car at once. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a female but the front desk guy also went over everything they serviced on and checked, plus made sure I saw the oil change service light had been reset. The guys also vacuumed my car! Awesome. Will definitely come again.

Your less than average oil change location. Did not vacuum my car like they said they would as part of the paid service (two separate individuals stated they would over the phone). There are other places to go to that follow through with their word.

Had my oil filter fall off of my car on my way to work. I. was thinking I was done for, but I decided to call these guys up to see what they could do. Drove my car down, got the oil changed and filter replaced and was in and out in 15 minutes flat!
The manager even told me that if anything like that was to. happen again, he would send some of his mechanics over to me to perform the service wherever I was! That is so over the top service wise, I couldn’t even believe it.
I am a customer here for life because of the way the took care of me today!

Helpful, quick, and so friendly.

I brought my vehicle in a couple of weekends ago for a routine oil service. The staff was friendly and courteous. They maintain themselves in a professional manner and work quickly to have you back on the road. They are very pleasant, and explain in detail all of the options available to you. I highly recommend them and will be back again.

Quick and friendly, did what I needed and wasn’t pushy to do more!

Prompt, friendly greeting. Immediately shown to waiting room with coffee and water offered. Supervisor comes out to explain what they recommend for your car and ask what else you may need done. They finish car, you pay and they then show you everything is done. I like that they check so many details, they are honest and thorough. Also they vacuum and wash windows. Small things that mean a lot.

Visited a few weeks ago for a basic lube and oil change, and really enjoyed my experience. The staff was warm, courteous, helpful, got me in and out in no time. They had a few snacks and drinks in the waiting room and didn’t try and push any other services on me. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! The staff here are always very friendly, quick, and helpful. The environment is clean, restroom is clean, bottled water/​magazines/​newspapers are always in stock. I drive out of my way to come here because they truly do an amazing job each and every time!

I don’t go anywhere else to get my oil changed, tires rotated or anything else I need to get done to my car. This place rocks! They are so friendly, go above and beyond, and are fast and inexpensive.
I came here today and as soon as I pulled in, the gentleman that always helps us opened my door for me, took the trash out of my hands and threw it away for me, walked me in to the lobby and offered me coffee and a magazine. They vacuumed my carpets and washed my windows too! They are always so sweet and do way more than they need to.
As a woman who hates getting car stuff done. I love this place.
I will always come back here!
