Jiffy Lube

I was beyond disappointed with my visit to this jiffy lube. When I handed the attendant my keys I said the oil I use is printed on my engine. He acknowledged my comment and took my keys. I was there over an hour and a half for an oil change and replacing my air filter. I was patient as I know they were having to get the filter from another location. Quoted 15 to 20 minutes twice since it didn’t arrive in the first quoted amount of time. Then when they walked me out to my car I asked if my fluids were topped off. He was confident about his yes answer but was willing to check because I asked if both wiper reservoirs were filled. He insisted there was only one when I mentioned my car has two separate wiper reservoirs. He then found out they did not and proceeded to put 4 quart bottles into my car. I then noticed that the dust on the radiator coolant cap had not been disturbed and asked him specifically about the radiator coolant and again he replied if it needed to be filled they would fill it. You can not see the fluid through this particular reservoir so I still don’t know what level the fluid is at because he didn’t check it. I then noticed on my receipt that they used ⁵⁄₄₀ synthetic oil instead of the ⁵⁄₃₀ synthetic that’s factory printed on my engine. And he said I don’t know they used synthetic so it should be fine. Next I asked if he computer was reset to notify me of my next oil change and it had not been done. So he then attempted to do it. I then asked Finally, 20 minutes later he finished. I then asked if its set to 3,000 or 5,000 miles and he said it reset to factory which is 15,000. I asked if that’s when I should service my car and he replied I don’t know. I gave them 1 star because everyone I came in contact with was upbeat and willing to help. My bill was $ 115 and other then the actual oil change and air filter change I’m not exactly sure if they topped off my fluids as is included in their service and they did not lube my vehicle as they told me small cars don’t need to be lubed. I will not return for any future services nor will I recommend this company in the future.

This place was cool they helped me pretty quick and they were in an out with my car. They broke a clip in my car though and the guy didn’t seem to car much. But I mean it’s only a clip and I can buy it. But like I said he didn’t seem to care much. And they did try to upsell me and say my car needed this and that. But I mean other then that it was cool I had my oil changed and a new airfilter put in. I mean for 44 bucks. I couldn’t argue about the price.

Took my car here for an oil change, it was fast, employees were friendly and I had 15%off coupon they gladly accepted. I will definitely return for future services!

Took my hybrid over here on a Friday during lunchtime and I was in and out in under 15 minutes! Everybody was very polite. Charged me about $ 50 (Hybrid services are always more expensive that conventional) which is way cheaper than the $ 90 Red Carpet charged me, and the same price as the dealer without me having to leave my car there all day. Ask for Tim, he’ll give you the great deals!

Before coming to Jiffy Lube, I was originally at Sears but the wait line was too long so I figured I’d go somewhere else. I am glad I did. I was greeted immediately and was out quickly. They have complimentary coffee and bottled water which makes this a pleasant visit. Great customer service for an oil change! However, it is over priced. I paid $ 100 for an oil change compared to $ 60. What a huge difference!

In and out in 15 mins! Yes 15 mins and I watched the whole process as they changed my oil and air filter. Not bad at all, not in the greatest part of town because of the women of the night scandilly clad dressed strutting there stuff down the street and the Johns pickin them up like dropped 1 $ bills but hey I need my oil changed so the scenery comes with the business I guess it could be worse :) great job Jiffy lube

15 minutes in and out for an oil change on a Saturday! Totally surprised at the efficiency. Under $ 40.00 dollars and as gratis perks, threw in tire pressure check, window wash, interior vacuuming and a whole lot more diagnostics and checks. The activity really entertained my son. Also — free bottle of water, which you just can’t hate!

I used to dread oil changes and it would take hours at Walmart. Since I’ve been to jiffy lube, its changed my outlook completely! The first time I was here, it was literally in and out! I didnt even get to enjoy my sit!
They always greet you with a smile and try to get you out fast. They top off the car, give it a vacuum as well and do a nice car check. Coupons $ 5 off are occasionally available online as well.
Even when busy theyre trying to get you out asap. I’ve changed my oil at other places and I always end up coming back. How much you pay is worth the time and service they offer. Jiffy lube at this location, is my favorite for an oil change, hands down.

Most oil changes are usually not a highlight of my day. Going to jiffy lube I was shocked with how competent and quick they were able to work. They did no more or no less then just the oil change. They gave me some options foreign up sale but nothing big deal. Overall I was able to get my oil changed in the back on the road under 20 minutes it’s not less than that.
There was only another person again in front of me but they move very quick to get the job done. No major complaints. I would probably come back to this location.

Would not honor coupon or over the phone quoted price. The coupon said $ 25. The guy on the phone said $ 50 The guy at the place said $ 125 for a full synthetic oil change. Can’t stand that. Would not recommend ever. Shows dishonesty and bad business practice.

This was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube. The employees were beyond friendly and did not make me feel pressured to purchase any services that I did not want. I was able to use a coupon, plus, the prices were already reasonable. Overall, it was just a really great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Very quick!!! Brought my work truck in and they were on it as soon as I pulled in. Told me what they were gonna do and how long it would take. Will return next time I need to and if I’m in town.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I just set up a Unilocal account so I could give them props. My girlfriend has taken her Mazda 3 there a few times and each time they have treated her like a Rock Star! Each time I called ahead to let them know she was on her way and what the problem was… and each time they were ready and waiting for her and took care of her. The last time was with the guy who’s their «Tire Specialist» and man he knew his stuff! She had the smallest of nail that was causing her tire to have a slow leak but he found the problem, fixed it, and sent her on her way. She feels so relieved knowing she can take her car to them without any worries. They define what «customer service» is all about… they’re courteous, professional and very attentive. I recommend this place to ANYONE!

After a long hot day at work, I took my company car in to this Jiffy Lube and had the best oil change experience, ever! Why am I raving, you ask? I’ve been to other Jiffy Lubes in CA but none of them opened my car door for me, escorted me into the waiting room, or offered me something to drink like the guy at this location. Then, Jason, the store employee walked me through my estimate and final bill. There was no pressure selling or hassles b/​c it’s a fleet vehicle. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be back. See you guys in 5,000 miles!! j

When I pulled up a guy immediately welcomed and opened up my door for me. The waiting room has leather seats, tv, magazines, air conditioning, and FREE bottles of water/​coffee. He was honest and knowledgable letting me know what’s best for my car but also called the car manufacturer to make sure he wasn’t recommending the more expensive oil just to charge me more. He also threw in a free brake inspection, a discount on my tire rotation, and they washed my windows.
Everything was going great until they said my air filter needed to be changed and they didn’t have the type for my car in stock. The guy said it would only take 5 minutes to get…25 minutes later it finally arrived and 10 minutes after that it was finally installed. So it was kind of annoying that it took awhile and then he tried to make to me feel like he was doing me this huge favor. I’m not sure if he was trying to flirt or wanted a tip. Either way, it made what started out as a good experience into an awkward interaction. Total time was somewhere between 50min-​hour.
I would still go again because they appear to have good customer service overall, they have coupons online, and the other reviewers seemed to have positive experiences.

Very fast and efficient. I have always been a Jiffy Lube fan no matter what state I am in. The four stars is for the temp in the waiting room which was set to polar freeze.

Very nice people, and fast. Got my car right in and they whisked me in, sat me down, offered bottled water and a magazine. A little more expensive than I hoped for, but I see now that you can print and bring in a coupon from their website.
