My car needed a new battery. Once it was replaced, every time I opened my door the alarm would blare. Went to J’s and was in and out in minutes and now the alarm
is working better than ever! I definitely would recommend them for your alarm needs!

I was having a problem with my car alarm and took it here and they were very professional and courteous and fixed my problem along with my stereo that I was also having issues with. I would definitely return here and recommend this place to everyone I know. So glad I chose them and they definitely deserve their 5 star reviews.

This place is awesome. The guys quoted me a price and then it ended up being less to put my aux cord in so I can play my iPod in my vehicle. The sound quality is wonderful and the gentleman that did the install came out to my car and help me with how to use it. Very professional!

Good service just went in today to get my alarm checked out cause the bulbs went out, in and out in less that 40 mins. didnt have to pay anything because i had lifetime warranty on my alarm i bought from them the first time. The guys there are pretty chill and friendly.

I have a dual cab colorado. Started with an alarm and blue tooth stereo for hands free talking while driving. Soon after I had the door speakers replaced and added a sub in the rear cab which was designed to where I wouldn’t lose any space and didn’t compromise the sound. Added AC HID head lights. I’ve had a few problems given I’ve had so much work done and Tyler, J and the guys in the shop jump on any issues I have no questions asked. These guys aren’t out to take your money and run, they are here for the long run and to make sure you are fully satisfied. And the guys are cool to kick it with while they work on your ride. Awesome place…

I was very pleased with the service and attention I received from Tyler and J the owner. They explained to me my options and saved me money. They programmed two car alarm remotes for me after I lost the only one I had and had to have my car towed to their location. I was there for 1.5 hours from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been here before and they were awesome! Went back yesterday after almost 2 years and they still remembered me :). Staff is very kind and polite.

I had to replace my antenna since someone stole not JUST my OEM one, but my replacement stubby one as well! All of this within three months! They replaced it no questions asked and got me an adapter since I think the person who stole my most recent one messed up the antenna post. Great service here!

Just left store, I purchased a car alarm/​audio equipment from them a few months ago. Had an issue with my horn which the alarm system blew a fuse to. The Owner was not very polite was fighting back and forth on who’s responsibility it was. I ended up changing the fuse out and now the internal siren doesn’t work. It’s something to do in their wiring. Will not be purchasing future alarms or audio equipment from them. Sad because it’s so close to my house. The technicians are respectful however.

I initially wasn’t sure to go here because of the bad reviews that were left about this business here, but i still decided to go forth with my instinct. I went in for a check up on my car sound system that was malfunctioning. I talked to the owner and son about my issue and i immediately gained confidence that they were the right people to do the job. They told me that my car would be done in an hour but it took a lot less. Once my car was done, the owner and son briefly described what was wrong with my car and also told me what they had changed. The charge was exceptionally low which is a PLUS! Especially in this economy. I felt really satisfied with their work and will highly come back for any other work i need in my car sound system! So come here! its really worth the shot!

This was one of the first places on Unilocal that I saw and I called in to get a quote on my 2008 Toyota Corolla. They said they could do it that day but had to take care of other car related issues that morning. I called again around the afternoon when I had the car and they were able to squeeze me in. I got the viper plus package which is just an alarm only and did not include the locking and unlocking of the doors. I was a little upset but still went ahead with the installation because I needed an alarm on my car. They finished earlier than the quote time and told me since the car had the capability and set up, the were able to hook up the wires for the driver side door. Overall I’m super satisfied, plan on coming again and would definitely recommend them.

Sold me a motorized car antenna on Ebay that was broke. I had a family emergency and it was 3 months before I finally had a chance to open the package and look at it. Seems the item was previously a defective store return because they carefully reboxed and sold it online. Must admit, it was an expert job because I never notice the clear tape over the rigid plastic package. Never returned my calls or emails and I’m out 40 bucks with a useless antenna.

I came here to get an alarmed installed at first I was hesitant due to the low Unilocal rating. I looked around and they had the best price and recommendations from word of mouth. I got my alarm installed the same day I bought the alarm it took about two hours. They had a nice waiting room with soda and TV. After it was installed they should how it all worked and said I have lifetime alarm sensitivity changes. All in all it was an awesome experience. Since then I have bought subs, cables and fuses all great quality. Always had great experience with custom service and prices. Highly recommended.

I am very irritated with this company. I bought my own speakers, mounting hardware, wiring, and double-​din stereo and called them to make sure they were ok with that. Then I brought the items to their shop for installation. Jason, the son’s owner, was very helpful and told me that the full installation for all parts would be $ 135.
I asked them to install it, but then Jason tells me that the stereo I brought was too big to fit in my car. That was my fault and I talked to the owner, Jay, and we came to an understanding that I would return the stereo and bring in a new stereo for installation. So far I was pleased with their service since they had not charged me anything.
I returned with a new stereo and went to the front desk and asked for the installation to the guy at the counter. He remembered me from before and told me that if this stereo did not fit that they would charge me anyways for the labor. I told him that was ok and brought the stereo and mounting kit into the store and showed it to him — he said that it looked it would fit. Then he looked at my previous invoice and said that Jason had given me a $ 15 discount initially and that he would need to talk to Jay, the owner, about that.
He calls Jay and they speak for a moment. First, he tells me that he can’t give me the discount, and I say $ 15 isn’t a big deal for me. Then he speaks to Jay again and tells me that Jay said he won’t allow the installation of my stereo into my car. I asked why and I was told that they didn’t want to bother installing something that may not fit. I told them that I would pay them for the installation anyways regardless of the fit — they still said no. At this point I am not angry as much as I am confused. After talking the guy said that I brought in an off-​brand stereo that they did not want to install — they prefer to work with Pioneer and other big name brands. The guy at the counter later tells me that Jay was annoyed that I did not buy the stereo that he had offered me initially and brought my own — even though it would fit now.
Bottom line is that the price was changed and then I was refused service because I did not buy the products directly from them even though they did not have a problem with it the first time.
Overall, there are some nice people who work here, but Jay is rude and unkind.
