I came here as a kid and loved how attentive Dr. Tou is, I had to bring my kids here.
First off, let’s begin with the pros. The staffs here are very friendly and great with kids, which is why I like it here. My kids loves coming here because the staffs are always great with them. Our pediatric Dr. Tou gives great attention to his patients and will inform you as much as he needs to. He’s very great at his job and patient teaching. I’d rather bring my kids here than any other places due to his great service. Otherwise, nothing beats the Army hospital I used to go to. Most staffs here are bilingual in Hmong and Spanish, which is great for our Hmong and Spanish speaking patients.
Now, let’s get to the cons. Although I had great memories with this place, the older I get, the careless the care is given with the PA’s. There are different PA’s but specifically, there’s one I’m assigned to that i honestly don’t like, clearly because he’s rude and he doesn’t seems like he wants to be there. Not going to go to too much details, but I haven’t gotten a pleasant time since I came back as an adult. Which I honestly won’t recommend anyone else to come here. The wait is extremely long sometimes that it’s not even worth going. The longest I’ve waited was 3 hrs. Most of the time, it varies to 1.5−2 hours. This is the longest I’ve waited for a doctors appointment while at another place, I only wait 30 minutes the longest (previous was in Colorado). So there’s basically the waiting and services given to the adults to elderly is more of a con than pro. If you are in need of a pediatrician, I recommend dr tou but otherwise, go elsewhere.

awful awful awful. the way they run the clinic is a –o (zero) a lot of p. a with there own little office that pertains to there patients needs. working under a dr. lubenko, john j. first off crowded, mucky, unsanitize hand imprints nasty ass ever all over door n windows. ewww!!! humid as hell up in there. no people with rash symptom is allowed without notifying them before entering. kinda shit is dat! ain’t it a suppose dr. office??? don’t make no damn sence to me. and who is lubenko??? never ever seen the man pertaining to the office itself. longest wait is 3 damn hours of my life. dats y i’m not going back!..
should u all ever consider a dr. please scope out the place read reviews sanction reports if any on the dr. or office itself. when choosing a dr. consider this in mind will he or she be the dr. that makes hospital visits when you are admitted? follow up on ur health after your visit? check your vitals, blood work such and such for an over all health screen? if not i suggest you choose a dr. or office that does pertain to your over all health. considering if your a newbie to the clinic. that’s what a dr. office should be doing or consider it. otherwise how else will they know what’s really going on with your health. rite? good luck on searching.

Worst clinic in fresno ever. The Doctors for the elderly people are just horrible. The receptionist acts like she’s the doctor. The girl with the short hair you are a medical assistant stick to your job. If I can give this place a zero start I would. Don’t go there if your parents are hmong and they’re much older. The nurse practitioner here just want to give you a quick check up and get paid. No they don’t deserve shit. Mistreat people and talk low about low income people. Poor staffing and horrible communication. I use to like this place when I was younger that’s because my doctor was Dr. Tou and he’s a pediatrician. He’s probably the only doctor that cares about his patient there. Everyone else should consider quitting. You don’t love to help people you need to quit.
