Wow! This place really bent over backwards for me, and I cannot thank them enough. My car needed a new battery, and I mean, I coasted into their shop knowing it was never going to start again. I did not have an appointment.
I spoke directly with the owner, who was EXTREMELY nice. I told him I desperately needed this done same day, and I knew it might take a really long time and that would be fine, as they were really doing me a solid by even accepting me. And then I set up camp to do some work online in their waiting area for what I assumed would be hours.
I will also note, the owner offered to drive me somewhere else if I didn’t want to stick around. But I work from home, so I really didn’t have anywhere I needed to be. In less than an hour they were giving me my keys back with a new battery. I had asked that they give me an oil change if they could fit it in, which they did. They even vacuumed my floor mats! Because I had been waiting in the shop they apparently bumped me up in line, and I am eternally grateful for it!!!
The owner personally explained my bill, which came in under what I expected to pay, and he told me how I could get new tires shipped to them and they’d put them on (another thing I REALLY need done ASAP). He went down the line of other things my car could use, and gave me very reasonable estimates for what it would cost through them.
I felt completely taken care of. Usually, I go to an auto shop and I feel talked down to, I feel like I’m going to be ripped off, etc. NOT HERE! NOT FOR A SECOND! This is probably why I let my car go to absolute hell all the time, before finally willing myself to go into an auto repair shop, for real (my poor car has been through a lot with me as its owner). I am so happy that I lucked into this place. I will not be going anywhere else for my auto needs for as long as I live in the area.
I know I’m gushing over this place, but seriously, they deserve it all and more. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

After speaking w/​someone on the phone, they told me I could bring my car in to replace the water pump. I live out of town, and had to have the work done that day so I could go home. After looking at my car, the mechanic I was speaking to refused to do the work with the parts I purchased at Auto-​zone and insisted that I buy from them. I told them I needed a few minutes to think about it and made one short phone call. After less than 5 min, I told the same mechanic, «Ok, let’s do the work.» I guess I took to long to make my decision, because he than said that the work couldn’t be done that day. «People think that this is like a doctor’s office, where you can be diagnosed and taken care of all at once. It doesn’t work that way.» All in all, my experience was not good.

I’ve been bringing my 10 year old BMW with 190,000 miles here for the past 2 years and I can say, the service I’ve received is outstanding in comparsion to other garages.
My car is always fixed on time for a reasonable price and there is never any upselling of additional service. David the owner, actaully recommned not fixing a couple of things and getting more mileage out of them before they be changed out years later. How many mechanics do that? He also extensively explains every repair so you understand more about your car.
Additionally, he knows high performance German cars and serivces many cars belonging to local Porsche club owners. I’ve also seen a Ferrari in here too. His shop features a highly specialzed machine which will never scratch your wheels when putting on new tires which is highly prized by many enthusiast who spend thousands on rims and have high performance tires. This isn’t to say that he won’t service more commom inexpensive cars. I also take my wife’s Mazada here too.
So if you are looking for a highly knowledgable trustworthy mechanic who cares about his business and developing a relationship with his clients, this is the place to go.
