Business Owner

Roger T. Nuttall is an experienced and compassionate criminal defense lawyer serving residents in the Fresno area and who has tried more than 250 jury trials in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Nuttall grew up in Fresno, graduating from Fresno High School in 1957. He continued his studies at San Francisco State College, where he earned a B.A. Degree in English. After this, he pursued his Juris Doctor Degree from Hastings College of Law, University of California. He graduated in 1968, starting his legal career off with work in the Fresno county District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Nuttall was a partner at Law Offices of Smith, Diaso and Nuttall before setting out as a sole practitioner in the early 1970s. In 2004, after numerous years of legal experience in serving other firms, he founded the Law Offices of Nuttall & Coleman with Mark W. Coleman. Mr. Nuttall is able to represent individuals facing a wide range of criminal charges, including homicide, theft crimes, DUIs and sex crimes.
